I ordered these to replace a damaged pair I received from Nordstroms. These shoes are fakes. They did not arrive in a Steve Madden box, but in Amazon's "frustration free" packaging because the original box was apparently damaged. The shoes were over an inch shorter than the originals, the elastic was all stretched out, the seams were sewn poorly, and the label looked different than the original. Beware. This is not the first problem I've had with my orders since Zappos became affiliated with Amazon. Very disappointed.

Beautiful boot ever. Very comfortable and fashionable boot. And I’ve tried a lot of them of a similar style, and I know what I’m talking about...) The only thing is that those people with a little thicker calves and wider feet might not like them as much. They are made after an Italian model so they are designed more for women with slender calves and narrower feet. But those with medium width are going to be happy with them as well.

Super cute for Fall. These run about a half size too big. I’m always a 10 but need to return for 9.5. Don’t hesitate to order, very stylish and comfortable!!!

Love these!! They’re super comfortable and look even better in person! I would definitely recommend going half a size down though, I’m a size 6 and I ordered the 5.5 and they fit perfectly!

These run small

After reading other reviews, I decided to order a 7.5 instead of an 8 after seeing countless reviews saying they run small. The 7.5 was way too tight and hurt my feet, so I am now exchanging for my true size. Despite sizing issues... I love the shoe! It's quiet when walking due to the rubber heel, and so comfy! Definitely recommend

This boot is a show stopper but, I could not get the sizing right after this pair which was my third and final try I gave up. I just want to add this bit of info because, I would have like to known before purchasing this item The quality of the leather if questionable they really do look synthetic but because they look so nice I was willing to over pay just to have that look.

Super cute, versatile, and comfortable boot. There are so many different boots out there that are this style, but I find most of them tend to be a bit too clunky but these ones are not at all. Steve Madden tends to run at least a half size small and very narrow. I’m a true size 8, but have to order an 8.5 or 9 with Steve Madden depending on the style. I actually found these boots to be true to size and a bit wider than this brand tends to be, and a size 8 fit perfect.

I ordered these in the sand suede. Size was true to size. Show was comfortable. I just did not like how the suede seemed to buckle above the ankles. Seemed soft and felt they wouldn’t hold their shape well.

I normally where a 7.5 or 8 and ordered a 7.5 in these based on reviews...I couldn't even get them on my feet! I tugged and tugged. Really strange. No way these are 7.5s! And like others mentioned, they did come in an Amazon "frustration free" box, not a Steve Madden box...so maybe they are knock offs? I don't know...They are super cute and I wanted them to fit, but alas...

They are synthetic, not leather as stated in the description, and the material was flaking off before I took them out of the box.

What a total disappointment. The boots I received are synthetic (and arrived in a broken box and poorly wrapped). I ordered them from another store and received them in leather. After reading the reviews, I’m not the first person this has happened to. Pretty sure they keep sending out the same synthetic boots. I contacted Zappos and they said they’d change the description, but it hasn’t been changed.

The fit is great. Love the heel height. Very comfortable.

I love them, very classy and laid back

I went with a 7.5 and it fits very snug. If you wear thick socks, I would recommend a half size up. But overall its the perfect boot and it holds up well in cold and snowy temps.

So cute! Definitely run a .5 size small but not a bad fit. These are pretty narrow so I don’t think they would fit someone with wide feet.
