I ordered my normal size but was unable to even get the shoe on my foot as it was too tight. Disappointing.

I ordered my regular size and I could barely get my feet into these. Once I squeezed in they were crazy tight and super painful. Not sure if the pair that was sent to me was marked incorrectly and they're actually a smaller size, or if these just run very small. Had to return which is a shame as I love the look of them.

Received a boot that was small and made of synthetic material not leather as advertised. So uncomfortable and tight.

Very disappointed that the boots where synthetic not leather upper as stated in the description. Returning them now!

These are described as leather, but the ones I received were synthetic and in a broken down box… looked like a return. I ordered the same boot from another store and they are leather. I contacted Zappos about it but no resolution other than to return them. Other reviews indicate the same experience. Disappointing.

So small I couldn’t get my foot in it. I am a true 8 and ordered an 8. They said leather in few colors. Black was plastic and looked plastic. Don’t bother.

Can't really say how they feel on since they are so hard to get on due to the top (shaft) being the size for a small child. I've purchased these same boots before with no problem, don't know what happened here.

I immediately fell in love with these boots! The styling is sleek but contemporary with the chunky heel. They look good with every style of jeans. Unfortunately the leather cracked and flaked off in places. And this was before I wore them out of the house. VERY disappointing as I have no choice but to return them.

Woah, before even getting a chance to try this on, I saw the leather/vinyl looked and felt brittle like it was old and cracking. Definitely not going to work for me.

These were on my Christmas list and I was so excited for them, however, they were fakes. They were so stiff, practically plastic, and when I tried to put the boot on, the black finish wrinkled and began to flake off. Thankfully I returned them and got a refund. But I was so disappointed that they weren’t real when they cost $100. Definitely won’t be purchasing from Zappos again.

I dont usually write reviews but, don't buy these. As others have mentioned, Mayyyybe these are actually leather but even IF they are, there's a coating or something that was flaking off right out of the box. So disappointed because I love the style. I usually wear an 8.5 but could barely get my foot into the 8.5 I ordered.

These boots are way too small!! Order 1 size larger. Previous reviews warned me of this…I just didn’t listen. ?

You sent a Size 8 when I order 6.5

Ordered my usual size 8.5 and it ran small. Very strange mixed reviews about the sizing. The material also says "synthetic upper," which is not leather as written in the description. Overpriced for manmade materials. What a shame because it seemed like such a great style. Returning.
