The show fit and looked well except that the leather on the back was very stiff. With socks, I could not wear the shoe straight out of the box so I returned it.

Zappos sent me a pair of used shoes. So, I sent them back and had to purchase elsewhere

Super uncomfortable. I have flat feet and these seemed fine but are painful. I wish I had returned them.

I am so disappointed in these shoes. I really wanted them to work. The wide 41 was too wide and the narrow 41 didn't fit as well and needed to go up a size. The heel was very stiff. I love the sandals but these just didn't work for me.

Hated these. Hurt my arches. Aggravated plantar. Regret the purchase. Never where them.

I cannot review the shoes because I did not try them on. I was sent shoes out of the original box that had been worn outside. The bottoms of the shoes were dirty. Zappos wasted my time. I believed that I was paying $160 for new shoes, not used shoes.

I was looking for a casual black leather sneaker and went with the Birkenstock Bend based on Birkenstock's reputation. First impression was disappointing as the material feels cheap and one of the shoes had an outward "dent" in the side like something happened during manufacturing. Based on that alone, these shoes should have been factory seconds. When I tried them on, I was surprised at how uncomfortable the heel felt and the left shoe felt a half size smaller than the right shoe. Unfortunately, I'll be sending these back.

If I could give a lower rating I would. You shipped me shoes that show OBVIOUS wear, not even a factory box, just a generic brown box. I have shopped Zappo's for years and have always been pleased, but that just ended. Disgusting!!!

Did not fit and did not like style or color.

I thought these shoes looked like orthopedic shoes. I ordered a narrow, and they felt so wide on my very narrow foot. Not a fan.

Material and insole could have been great if the shoe would have fit. I ordered the size I usually wear in Birkenstock. I also ordered a narrow. Both the length and the. width proved way to big. Pity. These must go back.

I am.very disappointed with these shoes and will be returning them.

The shape of the toe makes this shoe look like it is meant for elderly people. Not an attractive shoe at all!

I wanted to love them, but alas, I just don’t think Birkenstock fits me well. I am, apparently, in the very small minority!! Super cute though - they had to go back.
