The shoe laces are two long foe the shoe, I do not run in them, only walk. Very annoying having to double loop them so I will not step on them.

I use the shoe for walking and light jogging. I walk 5 miles a day and jog about 2 miles. The shoe feels good and fits comfortably.

This is my fourth or fifth pair of Arahi 5 model shoe. Excellent support and cushion along with my orthotics. However unlike past shoes this one seems to be wider than the others? I sent one pair back as they were marked 13D but were extremely wide. The exchange pair does seem to be narrower but not as narrow as past shoes. Still love the shoe but may require a narrower shoe if there is such a thing from Hoka.

I bought the regular size one and the Wide. The regular one gave me blisters on the side of my foot, but the wide ones are my fit. Love the comfort and stability of this shoe but it's DANGEROUS to walk on any type of wet surfaces, so walking into any home, hotel, or place that does not have a rustic floor in its lobby: concrete, asphalt, etc... You WILL FALL!!! It's like walking on two bar soaps. So be aware this is NOT a shoe to even walk around your gym bathrooms, you WILL slip without a doubt.

I am new to hoka, my fianc got me to try a pair. You me were wonderful to work with when I accidentally ordered the normal width and not the wide width. My feet are trouble some and the men's wide shoes fit me well.

Excellent sneaker, I love the pair, as they make walking very comfortable, a nice experience. Only issue is the pronation is a little more than I expected, which was no pronation, I have natural and I do not want it exacerbated but eliminated. The price is high.....I'll see if the miles are in the sneakers and how they last and hold up to give a better value opinion.

Amazingly light and supportive. However, I have an extremely wide foot. It would be amazing if you made more shoes in 4E width. You would have this wide-footed runner as a customer for life!

At first, I feared I was have to going to return them due to heel slippage, but I was able to relace and crank down on them and no more slippage.

The build and quality of these shoes is great. After a couple run I started noticing a pinch in my feet realizing that they are too narrow. Other than that I haven't had any other issues.

Toe box seems narrower than the Arahi 3 After 3 pairs of Arahi3 was forced to buy the "upgrade". The uppers are lighter and softer but the lace design seems to tighten as I wear. They need to be adjusted much more frequently. This overall is my 5th pair of Hokas

I love these shoes for their support. I can run in them without any added orthotic. Love the cushioning in the Bondi, tried the middle of the road Gaviota, but I keep coming back to this shoe over the years. My knees are my barometer after the run and they always do better with the Arahi.

Not the best pair of Hokas I've ever owned. But has good balance & comfort. I wear a size 11 Wide but this shoe runs at least 1/2 a size too big.

I bought the Arahi 5 on the recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon after having major ankle surgery because he said it would provide the extra arch support I need. After not wearing a shoe on my right foot for 4 months I was afraid nothing would fit well, but by ordering the extra wide I was satisfied with the fit. I'm still not able to walk a lot but I'm happy with the way they feel.

I am a foot doctor and avid runner. Hokas are okay. No room for a custom orthotic. It seems lighter on the joints but harder on feet.

The problem for me is that HOKA as a brand appears the same in that the shoe is shaped for you to stand on your heels. I need a more evenly distributed stand as per my PT. Otherwise, the shoe had good cushioning, fit well. This is HOKA style 4. I was hoping ONE of them would not tilt you back on the heels. Too bad for me as they would be an excellent shoe.

I have narrow feet but the Arahi felt too tight at the little toes in my normal running shoe size. Wrong foot shape at toes or toe box not deep enough. Speedgoat Evo is the only Hoka that has worked for my feet. Also, I felt the Arahi did not have the energy return of other stability shoes. Felt a bit clunky to me. I'm sure it would be great for others. 30 years of running, 150 lbs, 20-25 miles a week.
