Laces are about 6 in too long Very comfortable and stable Look good

I work in a warehouse with concrete floors. I'm on my feet for 8 hours a day and my feet take a beating. Have been using them for only a week but so far so good.

I have been buying Hokas for work for several years. I have noticed they are loosing their cushion. But these have a very slick sole and I can't wear them in the kitchen or on slick surfaces. I'm starting to look for something else. I buy a Men's 11 wide to accomidate my flat girl feet and arche support insoles.

I want to like the Arahi 5s more, but I need some improvements to this stability shoe. For me, it's basically a platform shoe with a sock top. If there was some reinforcement around the exterior of the toe box my foot wouldn't move around as much and yes, I am wearing a correct size. Also, why are the shoe laces so long? I dislike sock tops because my foot moves around, and it cancels out the stability feature of this shoe making my knees work harder. The pic attached shows what I need to do with the laces because they are too long.

I am really disappointed with this! I received my Hokas 53 days ago and heel support already has ripped as shown in the photo.. The warranty period has been shortened 60 to 30 days so you can't make any returns when the shoes start to deteriorate after 1 month..

I used an earlier version of this shoe and the heel tread wore out after about 30 days. The mileage was less than 90 miles. The cushioning was good, but it really wasn't as good a stability shoe as either Asicis or Brooks

I have been running regularly since 1979, a year before I went into the US Army (and I went Airborne, so we ran a lot), and these are one of the three finest pairs of running shoes I have owned in that time. (Don't ask what the other two are.) The sole cushioning is great, the motion control smooth, but what's truly amazing is the heel cushioning. The heel is supported at the edges, so that it doesn't feel like your heel is smacking the ground, but just barely touching down and then lifting off again. I don't think I've ever had such good cushioning in the heel, not even from shoes with gel in there. Also: I had surgery to rebuild the arch in one foot, three years ago, and part of that was lengthening the heel cord on that side. Since then, the Achilles and the calcaneal bursae on the other side have always been sore with running, or other activities; but that completely went away after a couple of months in these shoes. Thank you, Hoka, for making such a great shoe!! Wonderful!!

I love my Hoka's best shoe I have ever worn. I am now on my 3rd pair. I dont see a change coming anytime soon.

Normally I wear supports but one foot creates too much pressure laterally. Thus I would like to have them fitted prior purchasing another pair. I wear them now without support and enjoy the comfort. Would like to see a brand that would be suitable for Pickleball.

I work ten+ hour shifts and walk around a lot and these are very comfortable.

I think these are the most comfortable sneaker I have ever had.
