So Cush and love the lower footbed. I am really happy I made the splurge on these. I think I may be a HOKA convert from wearing Brookes for the last 15 years!!! These feel less like driving in a minivan and more like Im lower to the ground but I still have all the cushion, so less play in the ankle and more stability. I can't afford to and don't want several pairs of sneakers so this is my road and trail shoe. When I travel I have a pair that will work for anything. Who knew these little tweaks made such a difference! I always size up a full size to half size on my sneakers for my insoles. I got 8.5, usually wear an 8 in a regular shoe.

I bought the HOKA Challenger ATR 6 Gore-Tex to wear while doing my horse farm chores. I wanted a water proof or water resistant very comfortable "sneaker" type shoe. Friends had told me their HOKAS were very comfortable for all sorts of activities, so I decided to try them! Bought the Black with teal sole so dirt wouldn't be so evident. They brush off easily, looking clean again, and they keep my feet dry. These are extremely comfortable. Not your classic use for HOKAS, but they are for me! I will buy another color soon!

I love my Hokas! I bought them for our summer outdoor adventures. I've worn them hiking in Yosemite in 100 degree heat, exploring Lake Tahoe for a week and long days at amusement parks too. They passed the test! I'm 6'3" tall and wear size 12 which is hard to find. So glad these are comfortable and supportive!

It had great fit. My foot is little on wide side than narrow and sometimes I wear wide shoes. This shoes is very comfortable in width and the top material is so flexible and hugs my foot. I can’t believe this is waterproof! The only downside is that it is just black color on top. I wish it has more color.

If not black, would be less warm to wear under the sun. Altra Olympus 4 (not Gore-Tex) has a more comfortable sole insert, but ATR 6 is still more comfortable overall. Very happy that the tongue is not as short (pokes into the foot) as Bondi. Overall, a fantastic pair of shoes. Highly recommended!!

I love these shoes! I bought a version locally that were non gortex which are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. They didn’t have these in stock and living in the Northwest I knew I’d need a waterproof pair. These colors happen to be more my style than the others. But honestly, they are both awesome. Live this brand- a new favorite for sure!

I run about 30 miles a week on various terrain and these shoes defiantly are tough! And comfortable! They hug loose rock and I feel secure on steep slopes.

I'm a veterinary technician and I'm on my feet 8-10 hours a day and this is the first shoes I have found that gives my feet the support they need. It feels like pillows in my feet.

I like to walk and now my feet do not hurt. It doesn't matter how many miles I walk my feet still feel great. The arch support is wonderful.

Very comfortable for all day use : 12 hour shifts. Need to alternate shoes to air them out. Also bought 2 colors of Akasa which is my favorite shoe so far.

I use these shoes as my "everyday, go-to-school and work" shoes. At first the "rocking" felt weird but I quickly got used to it and they're super comfortable now. I think I was used to my old, flat, worn out shoes. Lol. I was telling my sister, Aubrey, about how comfortable they are and how much I like them and that my feet don't hurt anymore. She was impressed and just bought a pair for herself

Bought these yesterday have already logged 11 miles in them including over 4 in the snow. While my foot got a bit wet (foot of snow it is unavoidable) my foot has NEVER once been cold and it was 32 yesterday and 28 today. I also never lost traction in the snow and on the trails. This has been a great shoe to add to me collection of Hoka's . I bought these after I tried on the speedgoats which I really wanted to like and felt great, except for the toe box created a crease that will cause me blisters (another pair of hoka did that to me as well :(). these are a great compromise and one that is great for handling all weather conditions including just plain old pavement. Well worth the money and excited to try on more intense trails and summer running.

Perfect for trail running! Second pair as had a pair of ATR 5s before this pair! Love the water proofing with the Gor-tex when it is rainy and wet!

These shoes were recommended because I have a dropped foot as a result of a damaged nerve following surgery and have fallen several times due to stubbing my toe. The rocker design has prevented the problem. The Hoka shoes are lightweight and unbelievably comfortable. I will certainly be buying these again.
