I had some minor aches in my feet and knees, but when I walk in my HOKA's, I don't feel a thing. The rocker motion is so comfortable.

Work isn't so bad on my feet anymore walking 13,000 steps on average.

This was hubby's Christmas gift for me.. I wear it to work and I am just so amazed how light and comfortable it is! I work in ER and needless to say, I'm on my foot atleast 12hrs. At the end of shift, I don't feel my feet hurting. I also get a lot of compliments from my co-worker and from a Podiatrist! He said, I made a great choice for choosing Hoka.

This is my 2nd pair of Hokas (I bought Bondi 7's earlier in 2021) and they have alleviated ALL pain. I have very bad hip flexors and they hurt almost all the time. On top of that, I sit a lot studying so standing for long periods of time hurt if barefoot or not in supportive shoes. I love these Hoka shoes, they are lighter and shorter than my Bondi's and are so comfortable. My feet feel very supported and because of this, my knee, hip, and foot pain is a thing in the past. I am a true 7.5 in every shoe and the 7.5 are perfect. I have a wider foot and the regular width suffices. A couple of suggestions to Hoka: please make everyday slip-on shoes for women + make CUTE colors for women! The men get all the good colors and I feel gipped! I love the citrus color and almost every male shoe color combo you guys make. Please have the same color options for women!

I have been running with old shoes now with these and new home socks I'm flying !!! The socks fit nice and soft, also keep my foot from slipping!!!

They fit great and look great, too.

I mainly try to save it for running/walking and rotate it/use it every other day or every 2 days because I want to preserve it lol. But, these are crazy light and it's so surprising how good they feel on. I did pound in them a little (speed intervals) and I totally injured myself (not because of the shoes though) and they did pretty well.

Would get another pair when it's time.

I bought a pair of Hoka sneakers for a family member as a gift for the holidays. She LOVED IT!!! She told me it's so comfortable!! Definitely hit it on the nail and will purchase more in the future.

This shoe is amazing! I was diagnosed with plantar faucitis and this shoe has made it doable for me to continue with my long runs. They are super light and yet at the same time provide so much support. I will definitely stick with Mach 4 for my road running.
