I usually wear a 9 in running shoes but got the wide so went down a size. Perfect right out of the box-no break in was necessary. No back pain in these. Very happy with my first pair of Hokas.

Hoka sneakers are true to size, so order your normal size. i.e. If you normally wear an 8.5 wide, get that. They fit snugly so sizing up one when you normally buy wide won’t work. Just get the wide. I just wish they had more color options in the wide sizes.

Very attractive shoe. Maybe slightly large. Soft and comfortable.

LOve the shoes but customer service was terrible I had to reorder my shoes 2nd time bc they never shipped - they shipped my order later and promised me a 40$ coupon for future use - never happened.

This is my 2nd pair of Hoka’s. I love the brand. The shoes are great if you are on your feet for hours or have a lot of walking to do. The comfort and support they give are second to none!

Perfect fit!

This shoe felt true to size and is very comfortable. Even though I don't run but walk about three miles a day, I feel more comfortable in running shoes than walking shoes. They just have more cushioning and are lighter than regular walking shoes. When you walk a lot the cushioning and weight makes a difference. I've tried on another Hoka One model that had supposedly the most support, but I found I liked this model better. This was lighter, not as clunky, and softer on the cushion than the more expensive model. I suppose if you run a lot, you may like the heavier support better, but I prefered the Arahi 5 for my purposes. Also because I have a big bunion, this model came in a wide which is what I needed.
