I am a huge Birkenstock fan—I’ve been wearing them consistently since the early 1990s. I have been searching for a pair of lavender Birkenstock’s. The color of these would be great EXCEPT that they are way too distressed. These look like my old beat-up Birkenstock’s that need to be tossed. I like distressed items, but these just look old and worn. I wish they had not been distressed—they would have been perfect! And I could have taken my time distressing them on my own as I wore them. Sadly, they are going back.

Love this style, it is super comfortable. I have an average width foot, I can see that it might be too tight if you have a wide foot. The olive is good neutral. Stiff sole if you need that kind of support, classic Birkenstock arch support. I can feel my feet relaxing rather than constant toe-grip-I guess because of how far the strap goes up the vamp. I wear Arizonas mostly and my guy said "those are nice they don't have the big buckle" so there's that lol. Ready for summer!

Love. The color is beautiful and the style is unique and super comfortable on the top of my foot, with the same arch support birks are known for. The pictures show a somewhat distressed finish on the leather, and that’s what comes in the box. With time, as with all leather birks, the color should darken and even out.

Birkenstock addict here! I'm a size 10 and 41 in Birkenstocks and these are true to that size. Unfortunately, when I opened up the box, the leather was scratched all over, as if they had been worn or damaged in the manufacturing process. Grateful for Zappos, though, who made the exchange process easy. Thankfully, the new pair came in and they are BEAUTIFUL. It must have just been a damaged pair. Same Birkenstock comfort and quality.

This is a cute shoe- love the style, as I am tired of the large buckles. I feel the Franca is definitely a more feminine look and more stylish than the Arizona's, but the narrow is definitely more narrow than I have worn before. I would need the 42 in the regular width of which Zappos does not carry.

I love these birks. May be my favorite pair yet! My old pair were way past their prime and it was time for new ones. Love the thinner more delicate straps on these. Still the same great birks! Remember narrow in these are really a wide. Accommodates my bunions just perfectly and comfortably.

This distressed leather is perfect. These are not calfskin or kidskin dress shoes. These are leather workhorses that will never wear out. I have a very narrow foot and this is the best fitting pair of Birkis that I have ever had due to my narrow foot and the strap being high on the foot. It holds my foot in place rather that having extra room for my foot to shift around on the footbed. This leather will soften over time due to skin oil and conditioner for shoes should you choose to use it. These are the best IMO.

Fit is perfect like all birkenstocks have fit. I love that these are narrow as its hard to find narrow versions of cute birkenstoks. Ive always had the arizonas but i find this style to fit more securely with the top strap closer to the ankle than arizonas. I love the more delicate look of these.

I like the color of these better then the lavender and they fit better for some reason.

These are cute! Pretty color. Straps a little stiff at first but I’m sure they will break in as it’s leather. 40N is the perfect size for my size 9.5 and medium width feet. Love that Birkenstock is offering more styles in the narrow fit. Works great for me!

owning several pairs of birks, I thought these would be great. the straps felt very stiff and hit areas on my foot that made them super uncomfortable. love the color. disappointed to be returning- love all my other birks

These shoes are beautiful and well made. I bought my usual size. The straps at the toes are fine, but the ones over the upper foot are snug. I’m hoping that as I wear them they will stretch out a bit.

My toes hurt from the toe bar..wore birks years ago...not the same now...had to return....

I was eager to try this style, especially the olive color. However, the leather looked like it was already too well worn & the strap nearest my toes hit in an uncomfortable spot. Always a birk fan, just not this pair.

I am a runner and recently developed plantar fasciitis. I bought these shoes after reading that Birks can help ease the pain of PF. This is completely accurate! My foot feels so much better from wearing these around the house. I still need to do exercises to heal my foot, but these shoes make my everyday walking much more normal. I love the cork bottoms and the way they are molding to my feet. The top leather strap felt a little rough the first few days of wear, but now feels soft and comfortable. As far as sizing, I normally wear an 8, but purchased a 7.5 after trying these on in store, because I want a snug fit. I have wider feet and the "narrow" width is still comfortable. I purchased the lavender color which I think is very pretty, and I love the three straps since I think they are slightly more attractive than the regular two-strap 90's Birks.

I have very narrow feet. These shoes are adjustable. I love them and the color is perfect.

Love birks and this style is so pretty. I wish it came in a vegan option other than patent black.

Love these! I'm a long time Birk wearer. First Boston Clog, then Madrid, then 5 pairs of Gizeh in a row. Decided to branch out. I've always been a 38 in the regular width but these only come in narrow. Zappos suggested the 39 for me in sizing but those were too big. I found a 38 somewhere else and those fit perfectly. Very cute shoe. What I will say is, my feet aren't quite as free in these or Arizona as they are in Gizeh since that one is just a T strap and nothing on the sides. Still a nice change.

Fit and size great! Not sure about toe bar yet, really irrating my foot...will give them a few more days

too narrow

I love how this Birks look and feel. Made out of good quality upper leather and known Birks cork sole. But here are the reason for my return: the width is marked as narrow and although I always though my feet are narrow, with these - not that much. I didn't like how the side of my feet went overboard. The second reason for return was my very mild bunion. Since Birkenstock footbed is graphed, my big toe does not "sit" in it properly. I was worried that over time it would bother me too much.

First time in 30 years of wearing Birkenstocks I bought a narrow size. I’ve been wearing the wrong size all along. I love them.
