Love my Hunters - When my original order for Hunter boots did not work out (my calf is shorter than I thought), I was hoping there would be an alternative. I found this shorter version and they are fun, fun, fun! These actually fit me better not just in height, but they hug my leg for a perfect fit.

Love it! Love my new Hunter Wellies. I opted for the short since I had heard reviews regarding the calf area being tight on the originals. The shorts fit my calves and pants perfectly. I ordered a size smaller than my usual (I wear size 10, but ordered size 9) based on other reviews. I was also very happy with this decision. I got the purple ones and think they look good with all colors (black pants, brown pants and denim). These have been great in Chicago's rainy spring weather.

Comfortable, practical, springtime boot - I got these mainly because I walk and bus to work and in the spring/fall I've trashed some good shoes on rainy days. So I decided it was time to get some comfortable rain boots and these seemed like they would fit the bill. Perhaps they're not as stylish as some others that have cute patterns, but these are definitely more comfortable. I read other reviews stating that these run large, so I ordered down in size and am glad I did. Maybe they're made for wearing really thick socks as they do not have any sort of warm lining (as in, they're great for warm weather, not suitable for winter wear). But I'm wearing them we trouser socks, so I'm glad I ordered down. The arch support is pretty good, though I might just get a pair of drug store inserts to add a little bit more. These are exactly what I was going for: practical, completely waterproof, and comfortable to walk in.

Great Wellies! Perfect boot for rainy days. Previously I tried the taller Hunter boots, but they felt too tall and therefore not so comfortable. I usually wear a 7.5 but ordered a 7 and they fit just fine. The only issue I've had is they painfully rubbed the back of my calves when I didn't wear long socks. They are fine with long socks or when tucking pants into the boot. I would recommend these boots. They are comfortable, fashionable and practical.

Wellingtons in review - I’m very pleased with the fast processing, packaging, and product. My only real disappointment was that my "British" boots were Chinese made. I try to avoid Chinese made items whenever possible to support American- or British-made goods. However, I've always wanted a pair of Hunter boots so I'm ignoring the Chinese part. I still think it's a shame though. The fit was a little big for my size 8 wide foot, but I think a smaller size would be too tight. I'm hoping a lot of sock will get rid of any sliding. Just got to use them outside today in the rain. Felt great and as an English friend of my told me, "They're posh!"

Great boot - Love this boot for easy on and off. I love to garden so this is an ideal waterproof boot and saves my sneakers from getting dirty!

It was good. Purchased this because my old tall wellies is almost 6 years old.

I wear a size 12 or 43, and these did fit for me length-wise. I have a very narrow heel, and the heel slipped too much for me to be able to wear them. This is a common occurrence for me, especially with boots. I would have kept them if not for that issue.

Only used once but no leaks in deep marsh landscape

I ordered the gloss military red. The color is very different from what is pictured. It is really a brick color; not a bright red that the picture portrays. Not sure if I am keeping them yet since I don't like the brick red color very much. I ordered the red boot socks to wear with them and their color is bright red as I would expect. So the boots and socks look very different together. The boots fit well, though.

I ordered size 11 (up from usual) and this fit well. For comfort and fit, I added insoles and boot socks and with these additions, I feel I have mitigated the potential rubbing from the rubber boot, and also made the boot more comfortable for walking my dog. Overall, I am happy with these, but I do feel they need the added insole and sock for comfort

Huge! I am a size 8 in pretty much all shoes, but these boots in size 8 were huge on me (my feet were swimming in them). I exchanged them for a size 7 and the 7's fit much better/more like I'd expect. The size 7 upper is also about half an inch shorter than the size 8, which I think looks better on me because I'm short (5'2"). They feel pretty comfortable for rubber rain boots and I love the light blue color. And of course can't beat Zappos' customer service for making my exchange super easy!

Great fit just what I need as all the snow melts and it gets warmer... to navigate all those puddles!

Love the color and look of these short boots. They are super cute and fun. If you have wide calves, watch out!! Very snug.

I loved these boots and wanted so bad to keep them but they were just too big. I ordered three pairs—my regular size (way too big), a full size down (toe fit but heels slipped) and a pair in the slate color which was a dull gray and didn’t care for them. The shiny black was much more attractive. Sadly, they all went back (thanks Zappos for free returns!) I ended up with Uggs that fit perfectly and were half the price too!
