I am replacing an older version (contend 5) of this shoe with the contend 7. The sizing seems exactly the same. In Asics, I wear a half size bigger than my normal shoe size. I do think this shoe runs a bit narrow but that is probably why they fit my feet so well. The price is right for this shoe. I wear them to exercise class and for short runs.

The photo color appears a lighter gray than in real life. Love the shoes and brand.

I’ve had 4 pair of these shoes in the past 6 years. each pair I order is consistent in size and comfort. I walk 25/30 miles per week and these are the only shoes that provide comfort.

Very comfortable walking shoes. No break in period.

I always purchase one of two Asics styles that fit my feet best. These have nice firm support and help me be able to tolerate the concrete floors at work.

I really like them but wondering if I should have ordered the next size. Seem to fun a little small and that hadn’t happened to me before.

They fit exactly how I imagined. I normally wear a 7.5 but from years of wearing ASICS shoes I find that the 8’s fit perfectly. They are comfortable.

I wear an 8.5 or a 9. I got the size 9 and it fit great.

Very happy with shoes. I always wear ASICS and have for years. Glad to have found Zappos because they have my size and style.

I was kind of hesitant to get shoes online but overall I was so pleased super comfortable especially for wide feet.

The blue and gold colors look so sharp. They are very comfortable. They are snug fitting. I ordered a 9 and they feel a bit small, but not so tight that im going to send them back.

I ordered these to replace my older ASICS Contend-4 shoes I had bought several times before and loved. These feel great and I love the new white with light blue trim (“White mist” color). Also, Zappos was wonderful to work with as I struggled to find just the right shoes.

I have narrow, size 11 feet, but like to have a roomy toe box in shoes. I’ve always had good luck with ASICS, but lately some of their more expensive shoes don’t seem to have much support. These are just right, plus don’t make my feet look bigger than they already are. The blue is also prettier in person than online. It’s less of a powder blue and more of a robin’s egg blue.

I purchased 1/2 size bigger and they fit perfect, there is arch support as well, very comfortable shoe.

Had to return for 1/2 size larger.

I have these in since 11.5 and my toe touches the front, so I ordered size 12. Same thing. My toe touches the front, but I will keep these. The ones I have are comfortable otherwise and I like these for my leggings with black in them. Just saying it's weird that a half size larger, is really almost not larger at all. It's OK though. I like these sneaks a lot!
