Awesome shoe. I used to wear Ghosts but they seem to have become a larger shoe. I tried Trace for the first time late last year and loved them. This is my second pair and will continue to buy them. I'm a distance runner and like cushion. They are perfect!

Love them so far! Great fit, cushion, and support! I?m a former offensive lineman and now coach so my shoes normal lose there cushion feel in the first few minutes each time I wear them. These I can wear all practice yet still feel the cushion and support at the end!

Got a pair for my boyfriend in size 13 and he likes him a lot. Typically he walks and jogs 3 to 4 miles a day on pavement. He had positive opinions on the comfort and fit.

Great pair of running shoes. I?m a light runner, 5k a couple times a week. The shoes are light and my feet feel like they are on air.

Good Shoes in the rotation with Range 2 pair.

I am cursed with narrow, flat feet. These are one of the best I've tried. My usual size, 12.5 was too short, exchanged (thanks Brooks!) for 13 and they are fine. They are not super wide like many, nor super-soft/cushy, and they don't have a big, hard arch where all it does dig into the bottom of your foot in the wrong place. Nice bouncy feel to the shoe.

I really like them. They were comfortable right out of the box . I was born with double club feet, so a lot of shoes are uncomfortable. I can say that they have been a real game changer for me. My physical therapist is who recommended brooks.

Best shoes I have ever had. To be honest, I don't remember ever buying Brooks shoes but they are fantastic and I surely will in the future. Leg pain has subsided and my legs feel great while walking in them. Highly recommend Brooks shoes in general but the Trace shoes are fabulous.

Best shoe ever. I own 2 pairs. One for running and one for my job in a warehouse. Comfortable ride while running. Very durable shoe.

This is the best shoe at this price point that I have ever worn. I typically wear the GTS but wanted to try a neutral shoe that still provided cushion without being overly soft. This shoe hits a nice middle ground between Brooks "Energize" shoes like the Revel and the super cushion shoes like the Ghost. Still enough cushion to soften the ride but not enough to completely lose contact with the road. I would definitely buy these shoes again and I hope Brooks decides to expand this line to include more colors. One negative thing is that the laces that come in these shoes are really puffy I would like to see Brooks replace those with laces that were easier to tie in a hard knot so they stay tied on longer runs.

They feel very comfortable and definitely lighter than the Ghost. Great shoes for every-day training.

I love it. I?m a devoted Ghost runner, and I feel like this shoe gives me the same things I love about the Ghost for a cheaper price. I love the heel padding, and the midsole has the right amount of support. I don?t notice them while I?m running, and that?s all I ask for in a shoe.

As a new runner, I had no idea how much a difference good shoes would make?it?s like running on a cloud!

This is my new default shoe. 50 miles in I still have to find something I don't like about it. First impressions was that it might be too soft - but it is just very comfortable and lightweight. My times in this shoe are similar to the Hyperion Tempo. Great value and well rounded first version!

Great shoe. Great price. Perfect fit. Tremendous comfort. Wonderful support. Amazing room, but snug where needed. I am a major Brooks fan. I have bought tens of pairs, and given many members of my family Brooks shoes as gifts. The Trace is my now go-to shoe for me and everyone else--including my four sons who are doctors. The podiatrist-son is the one who first recommended Brooks to me because of the quality of fit and the strength and durability of the construction. The Trace just made a big fan a much BIGGER fan of the Brooks family of quality products!
