The shoe was mostly comfortable but there was a hard nub at the top of the shoe above the heel that was very painful. For me, the shoes were very hot. I had to return them.

I was pretty disappointed in the fit on these. It's always surprising when the same size and style ends up fitting very differently. Unfortunately these were much narrower in the tow box to the point I probably won't run in them.

Not too much of a bounce when running, guess had high expectations.

This is one of the most uncomfortable sneakers I have ever purchased. Supposed to have great cushioning, wrong! After two blocks, I had to turn around and go home, by the time I returned, what had been discomfort had become pain due to a lousy fit. Will they be returned? You bet. On the other side, my pair of Addition sneakers are among the most comfortable sneakers ever. However, they are "out of stock" at this point and I really need another pair.

not worth the price, they are good but not all that Assics are just as good, and cheaper. They are better than Hoka's in my opinion.

My legs/knees were in pain after switching to these shoes. Also left blisters on the back of my ankles. Had to return them.

Terrible shoes. They put my feet to sleep. I have owned prior versions that worked out fine for me.

It?s a shoe; that?s the only thing I liked. I did not like that the shoes tore up my Achilles? tendon area after the 1st run. I?ve never had a pair of shoes do that. These shoes are nothing the Glycerin 18?s. The ride is not like the 18?s; it does not have the same cushion. Sizing is off as well; I definitely need a half size bigger with 19?s compared to the 18?s and the wide width is not as wide the 18?s wide width. I am Not happy with this purchase.

Narrow fit. Not a soft walking heel like my last pair. Very unsatisfied with these very expensive Vietnamese made shoes

I purchased this shoe when it first came out. The color was great as well as the comfort. I wore them almost a year for vigorous walking. I liked them so much I wanted an identical pair. I ordered the exact same shoe, same size, 10.5, same width 2E, and same color. What an uncomfortable pair of shoes. I tried wearing them around the house and they never became comfortable. Sent them back for a full refund. What?s the deal? I am now afraid to order the new edition of these shoes.

This my tenth pair of glycerin shoes. This pair is the first not to fit correctly. I have blisters on my toes and never had any issues before

We really liked the Glycerin 17, but for the Glycerin 19 we both had to order a half size up, as they seem to run small. To walk around at first in the half size up, they feel so much better, but for running our feet are sliding back and forth and hurting our toes. Unfortunately the way the 19 was made with sizing and width, they just don?t work.

Very unhappy with these shoes! Ordered the same size as I have and they were too big. So I exchanged them for a half size smaller and the toe box was still too big. Also the numbers/sizes on the tongue of the shoe do not match the ones I currently own which is very strange. (Neither pair)

Fit is bad. I have Glycerin 18 in size 12.5 and they are great. The 19?s in 12.5 are too small

I have bought glycerins for years and years, and this version is unwearable due to heel pain. It is unfortunate Brooks changed up the heel height and ruined a great show.

The overall feel and quality is no where near as good as previous iterations. Each new model feels less. The last great glycerin model was the 14. Please change course. I Love Brooks.

These shoes run too small, and killed my heels to the point where I'd cringe even putting them on. This happened after the 3rd use. Typically I'm a huge fan of the Glycerin series, especially as a daily runner, but this was a huge miss for Brooks.

Long time Brooks customer. Toe box way too tight. It was squeezing my toe joints together and causing pain in ball of foot. Switched to Ghost and much better.

These are the most uncomfortable sneakers I've ever worn. Worse than Vans or Chuck Taylors. I read the description and the reviews and they don't at all describe what they felt like to me. Incredibly stiff, the sole padding is very hard but very thick. Very little arch support. I bought them primarily for walking, and by the end of the first day I had pain in my shins and knees. I thought maybe they need a little breaking in, so I wore them a second day. By the end of the day I was limping and had blisters. I started a return today and I really hope Zappos takes them back as they're unwearable.

I have worn Glycerins for years. 4 different models. The 19 changed. The toe box got smaller and the foot support changed. Shoe was very off-putting and caused my toes to got numb.

I took other reviewers advice and sized up. . . And still, I've never met a "D" width shoe that narrow. I have a pretty standard 4" wide foot and these shoes smashed my toes and forefoot together brutally. And this was with a thin swiftwick sock. I didn't even bother trying to lace them up, or even stand up in them. I simply put them back in the box and requested a return. Based on the lack of tags and the way they were laced when I received them, I'm guessing someone else also returned them.
