Wanted a trail version of the GT2000. These are perfect.

They're a comfortable shoe that offers good stability. They also offer a surprising amount of energy return for a trail running shoe. The grip is great too, no slips or falls so far in mud. I have yet to test them in very heavy rain as it's currently summer and it's mainly been light rainfall.

Really comfortable, great traction, and sturdily made. Pretty good value as well. I have a wide foot, and they do not feel narrow for me. They ran true to size for me.

Excellent support for overpronated foot. Very good treads and good traction for running off road. Cannot recommend enough.

Lightweight and super comfortable along with a great fit. Plus good traction and cushioning.

Comfy but supportive - lots of gel cushioning under foot but grips heel to feel secure in them. Great for over probation (roll in) and for general high instep support.

You can feel the improvement over gen. 8. Seriously my all time favorite shoe that also replaced my bulky hiking boots.

I started running again about a year ago and decided on trying out a pair of ASICS instead of the usual Nike wildhorse I got previously. I've worn these for my past 4 runs all around a 5k-10k and these are so comfortable and help my knees in comparison to my previous Nikes. They also seem lighter, the color is gorgeous, love that you can hide the laces away in the pocket on the tongue, and these grip so much better climbing up deep trails and in mud. I don't do crazy trails at all, just ones we have at the parks here and it's usually raining in Belgium. So these are actually perfect for me. These also seem more stable on my feet as well, I'll definitely buy another pair in another color. Highly recommend and hoping to enjoy many more trail runs in these.

Perfect, size true, great grip over the local fell and terrain

These are my first Asics trail shoes and I am really pleased. Very good grip and very comfortable when running in the woods and on gravel. I will definately buy these again when I need new ones.

Perfect fit and very comfortable with good support.

This shoe helped me to increase my mileage on my trail running as the comfort made by Gel on makes it easier for me to endure the distance. The Grip is hugely reliable that even on loose rocks it sticks. Will always use this on long distances trainings on trail.

I have been told in the past by sports podiatrists your ankles roll in, buy shoes for over-pronation and they recommended Asics, best move I ever made, means I can continue run in these lightweight shoes made for uneven surfaces accross the fields or on the path.. and they look cool.. the pink and blue match up with a number of tops I wear.. I love them. I have quite wide feet but didn't need to buy the wide fitting, I am in-between sizes and went up a size.

Comfortable shoes and absolutely amazing on the trails! Would recommend these to everyone thinking about getting them, the quality is great also!

I love everything about these shoes. The cushioning is brilliant, the width of the toe box works perfectly for me (I have wide feet), the grip is really good and they are so comfortable! I used them on a recent ultra marathon and had no issues at all which made a massive difference!

Asic's have served me well over the last twenty years. The feel, presentation and comfort is next to none. The thought of wearing another brand has become alien to me. To try and compare to another brand is beyond the absurd.
