First time buying ASICS brand, read previous reviews and decided to try because of needed support. Difficult to find walking sneakers and wish more manufacturers would offer as seniors walk more than run. Walk 3 to 6 mi most everyday as part of fitness regimen and so far these are super comfortable and supportive. Found that NB and Skechers while comfortable, were not durable or supportive enough. Reasonable price too. Worth a try and can always return when use Zappos.

The shoes seemed a bit small at first. If I were trying on shoes in a traditional retail environment, I'd want them to be a little easier to get into and out of or I probably wouldn't have bought this pair. But as I've sort of broken them in over the past few days, they've gotten much more comfortable and accessible, and now I'd say they fit fine. There's a curious bulge towards the inside back of each heel. It's nice and springy, so it provides good cushioning for the heels, but maybe not the entire heels - just sort of the inner edges of the heels. Not sure why it's like that - maybe it's on purpose. Overall, it's not a bad fit. The materials seem good although I have some minor concerns about the craftsmanship - I can see the white adhesive (or something) in the seems between the leather upper and the rubber sole in some places. The design itself is appealing, and hopefully these will hold up for another three years like my previous pair of Asics.

I have been wearing Asics running shoes for over 30 years. They have always been true to size for me (10.5 D) and feel great. This pair is being worn at my office and factory, not while running. They are performing just as well as every other pair of Asics I have ever purchased. Very comfortable and firm on the concrete factory floor.

Shoe was both too small and WAY too narrow.

We love how this is partially repelling water for those wet grass and rainy days.

I've been wearing ASIC'S GEL-Venture for years. I liked the solid color of the Walker 2 and decided to give them a try. Because of foot arthritis, I have to be picky. Since these are ply leather like, they are stiff at first and require a break in period. This didn't seem to effect my feet that much. They are comfortable and the arch support is very good, so far. If anything changes, I'll update. Usually, my feet will reject shoes that hurt within 30 minutes sitting or standing. All together, I've worn these for about 10 hours. I like that these shoes are versatile. They can be used for sports (running, gym) or work (restaurant). With the right pants, they may even pass as dress shoes. In short, so far, so good.

These are a great workout shoe for me; I use them on my elliptical machine. They're very comfortable and the tread is secure.

Fit is excellent When I first put them on o couldn’t believe how comfortable these shoes are, I usually walk 8 to 11 miles a day. After wearing these shoes all I can say is my legs might get tired but my feet never bother me. Shoes just feel so good I ordered another 3 pair.

It's the only show I can wear to work.
