Wonderful shorts! Very soft, not tight on the leg opening, waist band is soft and just right. The pockets were nice too. Though not big enough for my phone, certainly perfect for key, chapstick, gels, etc. Love them!

I love the new drawstring waist feature. These continue to be my favorite running shorts.

The length (I got the five inch) is perfect and the waistband is comfortable and flattering, and it doesn?t roll.

These shorts are great! They?re super comfortable, run true to size, and they are a perfect length..... not too short; not too long.

I?m 5?3? 132 lbs and medium is perfect. The back pocket fits my phone. Other pockets are well placed. Soft waistband that doesn?t give me muffin top. They don?t ride up much, even with my ?kissing thighs?. Buy two!

The shorts I?ve waited years for! I loved the old pacer II short (seasons 2013-14) & nothing has fit me as well & had the same features as those until now. These have a drawstring, back pocket (and extra front pockets!), 5in inseam AND outseam & NO split hem that won?t stay put when running. They are so soft & lightweight. I tried them on in store - a M fit in the waist but was snug on thighs and hips & L a bit loose in waist but better fit overall. SO HAPPY the drawstring is back so I went with the L. I?m 5?2 157lbs & I run & CrossFit, so finding things to fit the quads & butt can be a struggle. I?m also now 18weeks pregnant and they fit great still. Waistband has worked well with the growing belly. I?m going to buy like a bajillion pairs. Hope to see more darker colors options in the fall.

Great fit, great value! Length is perfect for me Im almost 70 years old and need some comfort while I walk /run. Material is very nice and dries when sweating a lot. This is very important for me as I have very sensitive skin. Very happy with my purchase, I have bought these in the past. Will buy again! Waist band excellent and very comfy and I love the pockets!

Super disappointed in how these shorts turned out. For one, nowhere in the product details does it say theres a brief liner (which I explicitly tried to avoid). Im 56 athletic build and normally fit a M/L. Decided to go with an L and the fit is super weird. The band is way too big while the leg room is smaller which makes it look unflattering.

Love these shorts both for running and just lounging. Long enough but not too long.

I hoped these would be the same as the 3' just longer. The band on the top is much wider and they are extremely unflattering.

I have bought these in the past and LOVED them! Unfortunately, they changed the design and are less than desirable. The thighs are tight while the waist is too big. Wish the design would have stayed the same.

These are just perfect run shorts. They are extremely comfortable and I love the length. True to size. I now have 3 pairs!

I do like the 5 just as much but was disappointed that these didn?t have pockets like the 7? does. It has the tiny slots in the waste band for smaller items but no pockets for hands. Otherwise they are great! I?m 160, 5?5? and wear the large. I have big thighs and but from lifting and these fit me great.

Nice & comfortable fit, but a little shorter that I wanted as the hem is not the same length all the way around. Also, did not particularly care for the extra layer of fabric across the back, just below the waist.

I love Brooks running shoes and was so excited about these shorts! They are the perfect length for me as a 59 woman (which can be hard to find). They are not too short or too long. They are thin but not see through at all, very lightweight, and made of a very soft, dry fit type material which I love. Unfortunately they arent great for me to run in. They immediately ride up my inner thighs and are both uncomfortable and distracting in that way when running. I am sure if my thighs were a bit slimmer these would be the perfect shorts! If you do not typically have an issue with shorts riding up, you will probably love these!

Im disappointed that these shorts were smaller than expected. I ordered the same size that I wear in the 7 shorts, but when the 5 arrived they were too small. Unfortunately, I had to return. Thankfully the return policy is good.
