Cute, does have underwear mesh inside if that is an issue for you.

Recently switched from Lululemon speed up short to these and I have 0 regrets. These are really lightweight, no chaffing, and great storage if you need it. They are my go to for my long runs

Love the thick waistband of these. Will buy in more colors. Fits true to size.

I love these shorts! They are my go to long run shorts for comfort and lack of chafing.

I love these shorts. Brooks Chaser shorts are one of the few athletic shorts from any brand that don't chafe and are lightweight and breathe well. I have multiple pairs of the Chaser 3" shorts that I wear for running, but I bought the 5" shorts for better coverage while working out on weight machines at the gym.

Best shorts ever! These are fantastic shorts - light weight, comfortable- non chafing. I have not tried my phone in these - but I love wearing them trail running. These are perfect for TX heat. I?m 5?3? 112 lbs and purchased a small. I tried an XS but didn?t like the fit through the legs. The small is loose but super comfortable. Perfect for 60+ year old legs!

I love these shorts. I am 5'7", 145-150lbs, 33" waist, 41.5" hips, rectangle body type, and I typically wear a Medium or 8-10 in pants. I have these shorts in Medium in 3 colors. I love the built in underwear, the key pockets and especially the roomy phone pocket (I have an LG G8 ThinQ in a case), and the fact that the waistband lays smoothly rather than digging in. I also love the interior drawstring which is very handy for when my weight and/or IBS bloat fluctuates. These shorts are mid-rise, so they hit about an inch and a half or so below my belly button. I did experience some chub rub/riding up on the inner thighs, but once I got used to my stride and stopped thinking about it, the shorts kind of automatically adjusted where they needed to be and it was fine and comfortable.

Best running shorts I've ever had. I can't compare to previous versions, because they're the first Brooks I've bought. In the past I've tried every brand from Nike to Underarmour, and rarely found anything comfortable. For one thing, I hate the low-rise shorts. They make my stomach hang over. These have a nice natural waist with a flat panel, so nothing binds or digs in or makes rolls. Very light and comfortable all around. They didn't ride up at all, although that's not a problem I have with most shorts anyway. I got 5" because I'm short, so they prevent chafing, but if I were taller I'd get the 7 inch. For reference, I got mediums and I'm 5'2", 130lbs, hourglass figure, usually size 6 or 8.

Ok just got these today and already ordering the same thing in 7 inch. I would of preferred the longer ones over these as I love longer shorts. These are sooo nice. Thin filmy quick drying soft fabric. Nice panty liner. Cute seams and comfy wide waistband. I?m a solid 6 in lulu and found these tight but I don?t like tight shorts so sizing up on the next pair which I do in lulu. I wear these with the drive bra with the phone pocket. More pretty colors please!!

I ran in these for the first time today. They didn't bug me at all. I had my IPOD in the front pocket but could not feel it. I usually always run in the 2 in 1 shorts but I might like these better. I came back today to order a second pair. I am 52 123lbs and ordered a small. If you are between sizes I would order down.

These are my very favorite shorts for running, hiking and walking my dogs too. They are cool and comfortable and flattering. I am 5?4? and usually a size 4-6 jeans or size small and for these in a small and they fit perfectly. My I phone X fits in the back pocket securely. I bought three pairs and don?t want to where any of my other exercise shorts anymore.

For years, I would not run in shorts (short, muscular legs with lots of spider veins). I?d run in capris or skorts. Decided to get over myself and my legs. Saw these recommended on the Another Mother Runner website and gave them a try. They ride up just a little bit on me, but nowhere near other shorts I?ve worn in the past. Comfy, lightweight, phone fits in the back pocket. Bought a second pair.

Great fit and functionality

The best thing I can say about these shorts is that I completely forgot about them while on my run. Longer shorts can get bunchy, but these are so light that if they do, you can?t feel it. Pockets are great and the waistband feels solid so the shorts don?t move, but not heavy or sweaty. These will be top of the drawer from now on.

These shorts are great! Soft, silky material that does not stick to your skin or bunch up. I was hesitant about the built in briefs, but they are comfortable and provide full coverage. Back pocket holds phone, but it was a little bouncy for me if I don't pull the drawstring really tight. I usually wear a 4 or 6 in pants. I ordered the small, but returned for the medium. I love how easy it is to do returns with Brooks!

Most comfortable running shorts ever. Love the light material and the fit, especially the waist band.
