These are my favorite shorts, i have about 8 pairs. I love the matrix design a year or so back. They have done a remake on the design. They were perfect from before so I dont know what there was to improve upon. They seem to be a bit smaller and trimmer. The underlining is the best Ive ever had. Im not a runner but I go to the gym, do pilates and yoga and the 7 inseam is a must.

I love these short but would like them to be more of a lighter sturdier fabric instead of a synthetic. They pic very easily and stick to you when you get really sweaty instead of just hanging. Like having the line but would be nice to have an option without the inside liner. Thanks.

Longer light weight fabric that doesnt ride up the thigh.

I like the length and that they dont ride up in the thighs.

the waist band is tops !!! so comfortABLE . I wish the pockets zipped and i do not caare at all for the vents in the back . very unflattering. love the longer inseam but the legs flare out a bit for my comfort level.

Length is perfect and the waste band is soft and comfortable.

I normally run in capris but its just been so hot outside that I decided to try these shorts. Theyre fantastic! They keep me cooler, dont ride up, and my phone stays in the pocket just fine.

These shorts are amazing! I am a summer camp counselor and wear them every day. The pairs I bought last year are still in perfect shape despite washing and wearing every week. The durability is amazing. I live in the south, so I also love how cool and quick drying they are. Theyve hiked, roller skated, held up to sitting on wood/concrete/bleacherstheyve been swimming, done yoga/pilates I am plus-sized and so appreciate that you make xxl and 7 length (more modest, great coverage). Great side pockets for my phone and keys too! Love, love, love these shorts!

I bought two of these shorts and they have been my uniform in this hot weather I love that they dry quickly and the length is perfect too, the small pocket holds my belongings well too, probably the only thing I didnt like is within 10 washes the brooks sticker is halfway gone other than that I love these shorts!

I love these shorts. The 7 length is perfect for my 59 frame. They dont ride up. I use them for exercise, running errands and lounging. My new favorites!

I love these shorts! The color is awesome! Its vibrant and cheerful. The fit is great and the length keeps them from creeping up my inner thighs. I love that I can finally wear shorts that arent spandex and not have to continually pull them back down.

I like the fit of this short because its not too short and not too long. I wear them for tennis, everyday during the summer. The pockets are a nice size for a tennis ball or for my phone. I now have a navy, white, black and now a red pair. Well made! One pair is 10 years old and still in perfect condition. Love them all!

For me these are my go to running shorts. I love how comfortable they are and the length is perfect for someone who doesnt like short shorts

I got these for hiking and they are pretty great. Only reason i gave it four stars is I'd like the pockets to be more functional on the side - I am thinking about adding in snaps or something to secure them better. Otherwise these shorts are fab and work really well on the heat here in hot summer in PHX.

Great for my daily morning walks/jogs with my dog. Light weight and practical. Its hot here in Florida and these work for me. And Brooks is a great company to do business with. Cant go wrong.

Love these 7 shorts. Needs more colors but they dont ride up the thighs and that right there is reason enough to buy them

i now own 3 pairs. these are great shorts if you like a little longer length. i use for the gym and the occasional run...they don't bother me to run in. my only complaint is there is no zippered pocket, which i prefer. i love the tight comfortable waist band. Make a solid dark gray color i will buy it!
