Good length and pockets. Also the wide waist band is comfortable, substantial and secure. These are great walking and running shorts. They wash well in delicate cycle.

My favorite - GTS (Go to short!) Super comfortable with the wide waist band! Love the longer length, as it makes it more versatile - can wear for my running, walking and general lifestyle! Love the two front side pockets.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Love the shorts, never chafe. A Lille disappointed with the pilling I recently noticed. Still are my go to shorts, just wish they didn?t pill.

I LOVE THESE SHORTS. I used the mostly for pickleball and they are awesome, if you are just drilling the pocket comes in handy! I have 3, and will probably get more if more colors come out!

I really like the longer length of these shorts. They provide a great option to the typical shorter running shorts or the longer compression style shorts. Lightweight, good pockets, no chaffing, adjustable waist. All around great short!

They are light and airy, and actually stay put while running!! I loved them so much I tried the 5" ones and unfortunately those do ride up while you're running. But these are golden!

Best running shorts ever! The only running shorts I've ever had that don't ride up! They are so comfortable; I never have to mess with them during a run. And pockets!

Can?t say enough good things about these running shorts. They fit me great and give me good coverage everywhere. No pulling or tugging needed during the run. Just effortless flow.

Perfect length for someone my age! Comfortable, not too long or too short. I'm not a fan of the infinity string tie, but can tolerate it. Love the color of the shorts I purchased. Note: I bought a medium, which are too large. When I attempted to exchange them for a small there were no size small available (I do see there are now though, but I've already worn the mediums). I'm 5'6", 115 pounds. Should have purchased size small. My only complaint is they are ridiculously expensive. If not on sale, I would not have purchased.

These are my favorite running shorts of all time because they aren't short and have pockets, soft waistband, and sit below natural waist. Don't change a thing, but maybe add more colors (not pink & purple!) in 7" as that length is extremely difficult to find. I own 5.

My favorite pair of workout shorts. I?m 62 and don?t feel comfortable in shorty shorts. These are the perfect coverage. They are light and comfortable and have a nice shape to them.

I am an older runner. I like the extra coverage since my legs do not look like they did when I was younger but they still get me around. I lost weight the medium fits great. They give me just enough wiggle room and the length is perfect for running and lifting.

2nd pair. Perfect for running, tennis, any activity.

These are my new go to run shorts! I love the length, no thigh rub, they don?t ride up, the material is comfortable against my skin and nice and light even after 10+ miles. I don?t usually use the pockets because I have either a belt or pack but I?m sure gels/gummies would fit.

These are exactly the running shorts I've been searching for: comfortable material, no riding up, liner that stays in place, and the perfect length. I'm 5'3" with a curvy build and the medium is perfect. I ordered the large to have for biking since i wanted those a little loose. My only complaint is the name on the tag when the shorts arrived: "Looking a Little Long in the Shorts". This alone almost made me want to return the shorts in a rage and never buy from Brooks again. I'm sure some millennial though this name was adorable but it is truly terrible. Thanks for making me feel like I'm 100 years old just for not wanting to wear booty shorts when I go running and give every creepy dude a free show. :(

I've been running for 15 years and have never been able to run more than 3 miles in shorts without my thighs chaffing until now! These shorts are hands down the best piece of athletic apparel I have ever had on my body! I was able to do an 8 mile trail run with some rain and they stayed right where they were supposed to the whole time. The taper of the legs prevents them from riding up, the wide waste band is comfortable and flattering, and the pockets and detailing are impeccable. The light weight fabric dried super quickly. These shorts are truly a game changer and will be my go to for running forever. (5'5 160lbs, size medium was perfect).

So comfortable, yet flattering! Gives extra length so I can do lots of stretching and still be modest.

These are so comfortable and work as running shorts or regular shorts. I love the pockets. I'm normally a size 8 but I sized up to a large. They are a little loose but the mediums were too tight in the hips.
