Pros: Nice looking boot, lightweight. Cons: Insole is garbage.. thin "memory foam". As soon as you put weight on the boot, the insole goes completely flat and it feels like you are walking on a hard floor. The lacing system is inferior... Laces are stiff and short. The 1st two eyelets are closed making it very difficult to get a snug fit. Because of this, my heel was slipping up and down. Lastly, I could feel every single stone I stepped on and noticed the soles were not "tacky" like they should be in a hiker. If you need a serious hiker with long term comfort and support; these are not your hiker.

When I first put these on I did not like them because they felt too stiff. After wearing them for a few hours I fell in love with them.

I ordered the 91/2 and they were a perfect fit, however, when I put on heavier wool socks, they became uncomfortable. I will say however, that they are wonderfully comfortable, and the bottom grips are terrific!

These are probably the most comfortable hiking boots I ever bought, and I love the color (I bought green)

This boot is attractive, comfortable, and well-made. I'd compared it to the quality of Merrell or Keen shoes. I have a wider foot, but these had ample space. My size is typically 8.5 or 9 women's, and I had to return the 8.5 because they were tighter than preferred (with thin socks). The size 9 is just right.

After some light winter hiking in Chaco winter boots and loving the winter nature, I decided to treat myself to some real hiking boots, but I didn’t want to spend too much $$. These were on sale for an awesome price! I wanted warm, cute, and comfortable. I got a half size bigger to accommodate my orthotics (for plantar fasciitis) and thick socks. They are quite stiff, so I need to wear them a bit more to judge the total comfort for me, but I am happy so far. For background info: I have arthritis everywhere, plantar fasciitis, ankle pain, knee pain, and spine pain. I need to have cute and comfy footwear to motivate myself to move in Minnesota winter! I have worn these about 4 times outside and they are good for me.
