The size is correct. The fit not so sure about. Wider than I expected. Did not notice that it said "relaxed" in the description. Support for pronating could be better. My foot leans inward in this boot and when walking feels a little strange on my lower shin BUT I am keeping them, they are cute. Will make them work.

Cute in person, felt comfortable and cushioned, no bunion pain! Wanted to love them, but when walking around my apt had odd stiffness of the front upper opening, rubbed my ankle in an unpleasant way & restricted my walking. Also felt the same pressure when just sitting working at my desk. Going back.

Good shoes, but not good for shipping, customer service etc. The boots were delivered and then 3 days later I was sent an email saying they had just shipped.

I debated giving this a 2 or 3 because of one major design flaw that will drive you nuts day in and out. The zippers are on the outside, they should be on the inside. The natural way to zipper your boot is to pull up from inside.
That’s the first thing. I ordered a size up because I wear thick winter socks and they *just* fit so I would say they run small, my own size would have been way too tight.
The soles are comfortable but the ankle part is a bit snug or the cut is off, they hit the leg at a strange place. Fine at first but again, will bother you with regular wear.
I wait a couple of weeks to leave reviews now so I can be more accurate. I rarely wear them because of above and would not recommend buying them.

The size and fit were good and they are stylish. But may be returning. The zipper is on the outside and I can not reach it. Wish they had put it on the inside. There is a pull tab on the heel I can use to get them on with if my socks are not to thick. Then I don't have to open zippers to get them on.

Cute boot that fit well in general, but the ankle opening is too tight with no room for movement if you don't have tiny ankles. Also difficult to zip up and stiff to walk in. Returning.

I really liked these boots, but the left one hurt my ankle within a couple of minutes. It must have been defective because the right boot did not bother me. Will return.

Stiff upper at the front of the boot makes it almost painful to walk in. Top front cuts into the shin when walking. From the ankle down the design and fit are great. Just wish there was flexibility in the top.

Disappointing! I have a pair of sketchers boots from last year that are so much more comfortable than these. This style hit me right above the ankle and the whole boot seemed stiff and unbending which is totally different from last years! Sorry had to return them!

These REALLY hurt when I zipped them up. They felt really hard against my leg. I could never wear these. I am sad, I've been waiting to get them.

Unlike other Sketcher boots that I have and love, the zippers are on the outside of your ankle instead of the inside. It"s so awkward and I can't reach them to the zip them up, so had to return them.
