Material made the shoe unstable. Runs small. Great style lackluster quality.

I am SO glad I read the comments before I purchased these. These shoes run a half size larger than it says. I'm normally a 6.5, ordered a 6 after reading the reviews and they fit perfectly. If I would've gotten my true size, they probably would've been too big.

Too big for a 6

I wanted to love these because they are so cute, but the toe box is so small I couldn't make them work. I ordered them in 3 different sizes trying to make them work, but the toes either rubbed or the shoe itself was too big with my foot slipping out.

These are soooo comfy!! The material looks a little baggy, which was off-putting at first. But I didn't even care anymore once I put them on and wore them around.

Zero arch support. Very flimsy shoe.

I was looking for style in a shoe that is comfortable.

I already have a pair of these and wanted another one in a different color because they’re truly the most comfortable sneakers ever!! Plus I love the look and style of them. Zappos customer service is amazing as I was even offered an additional discount. On them !!

Love this style. I have one color in nylon but this color was in leather and ran a half size smaller.

I’ve ordered twice now. I wear a 7 in every shoe but the 7 were falling off so I returned & ordered a 6.5 & still huge. I don’t even think a 6 will fit. My other NB are 7. This is ridiculously off

Although these were a little big on me they are great looking shoes!

I bought these based on a friend’s recommendation. They are cute and really comfortable, but the stitching on one of the shoe has come undone after one weekend of wear. Now, the suede part is coming off my shoe. I’d like to speak with someone about replacing them because I’m afraid in a few more wears, they are going to fall apart.

It was too wide for my wife.

I am a true 9 1/2 and these fit perfectly in 9 1/2. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned! And they're very stylish. My feet are slightly narrow but I can tie these so they're comfortable without puckering. Highly recommend.

Outstanding shoes. Wore them out of the box and walked around and racked up 18,000 steps. Forgot I was wearing shoes by the end of the day, so comfortable. I think they’re pretty true to size. I usually wear a 10 and the 10s are the right size in this shoe for me. 10.5 was way too big.

I had never worn New Balance shoes before--my doctor had already recommended other brands of running shoes. However over time I found that those running shoes were too much for me--too much cushioning, too much pitching forward. I tried the New Balance 327 and I love them. I no longer feel like I am fighting to stand up straight and I am not pitching forward. For me these are wonderful and thrilled to have found them.

The shoes look and feel great. The material that the shoe is made of does not wear like leather but instead like plastic. They have creases in the material after a few times wearing them.

Super cute! But too small! I always wear an 8.5 in shoes I’d wear socks with, no matter the brand. Had to size up to 9.

Love this shoe. This will be my 4th pair of 327’s. Very comfortable and stylish
