Based on the reviews I ordered a half size down-- I shouldn't have! If you have a wide toe box, you might feel scrunched.

Cheap materials, no arch support and she size too small for 9.5

These fit short. I'm a true 8 and would take an 8.5 in these. The weird triangular base turned me off, however, so not planning to go to the trouble. New Balance is trying for a more modern shape but I think these are a miss, not a hit.

I'm a perfect size 8 1/2 but they slipped terribly in the back. Need a great sneaker for Europe trip but unfortunately, these aren't it!

Absolutely love these shoes! They’re extremely comfortable, lightweight, and well-cushioned. They fit true to size. While they don’t offer much arch support, the insoles are removable, so I replace them with my own—and they’re perfect. This is my third pair. I walk a lot and typically replace my shoes every six months—these hold up much better than On shoes, which I also love.

not as good looking as I thought

These were mysteriously appealing. Very cute, but at 70 years old, I have to have a shoe that offers support. I could tell that long term these shoes would make my legs hurt after not too long.

The left shoe fits like a dream. But alas, once I got outside and actually walked in these, I discovered the right shoe squeaks with every step and actually rolls my foot inwards to the point that the inner side seam is rubbing *underneath* my foot. I'm scared I'll injure myself if I keep walking in them. So bummed they're defective and Zappos won't let me send them back since they've been worn outside.

I love these shoes for work. I’m on my feet nine hours plus a day. With my really high arches I do put an arch support insole so I buy half size bigger. Very cool updated look.

A generous size 8 - not as narrow as you might think (coming from an average to wide sized foot) - quality as expected! Not as comfortable as an On shoe but more comfortable than a something like a samba.

Perfect fit!! Crazy comfortable!! Initially they were just going to be my travel shoes, but they were so cute and so comfy I wore them all time!!!

Fantastic shoes! Bought them for a three week trip to Africa. Literally trekked all around the world in these, super comfortable and cute too. Got so many compliments on them, even in Africa! The red soil of Kenya couldn't beat them...when they got super dirty I literally just rinsed them off and let them air dry, looked perfect again. Will be buying more pairs!

I need a bigger size. They run small, I typically wear a 8 1/2. I've never worn a 9. Will need to exchange for a 9.

What marvelous shoes! These fit my feet extremely well, I no longer look forward to taking my shoes off at the end of the day! I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 and 10 in these fit my feet just right, with a bit of wiggle room. Love the look, I don’t feel frumpy or overly sporty when I wear these!
