Customer Reviews Hydro Flask 22 oz Tumbler Lid

we purchased 2 of these for our 16oz tumblers. As others have stated this does not fit the 16oz tumbler, so why make that claim Hydro Flask, when it clearly does not? Really knocked my trust in one of my favourite companies.

Bought two of these for my dad as a Father's Day present, he has 16 ounce cups. The description said it would fit on 16 and 22 ounce cups but it was wrong.

This lid and 22oz tumbler are useless. A simple ridge on each would have made a lid that doesn't continuously come off. And a thermal beverage lid without a closure? Are your engineers all interns? Who does quality control? What is wrong with you people selling this piece of trash at premium prices. I have good hydro flask products as well, but this joke of a product has turned me away from you.

I wish I read the reviews before buying this! The hydroflask's lid opening doesn't have a closing and it constantly spills!!! Don't buy unless you want to get coffee all over you

Love the tumbler, too bad the lid sucks! There's no way to clean it properly. Tried the dishwasher and hand washing and let it dry thoroughly but when I put it on my tumbler it starts to leak soapy water into my drink. I dropped the lid in the sand and cleaned it thoroughly but not I get sand on the inside of my tumbler when I use the lid. There's no way to take the rubber gasket off to clean it. I tried to clean in between the grooves with a toothpick and paper towel and it was so gross what came out but it's still putting soapy water and/or sand in my cup if I use the lid. Very disappointing.

So there is nothing to do with this lid, only slightly better than just walking around with a topless mug in hand, totally for only office use or top shelf of kitchen. Even with just water, even in a stable car on a paved road, useless.

I wish Hydro Flask would make a lid where you can put a regular straw in it. I don't want every sip to come gushing out. Thanks and I hope Hydro Flask really takes this into consideration because I know many people who have the same complaint- it's hard to drink an iced coffee with any of the current lids. Thanks! Great colors and excellent product though!

Love the tumbler hate the lid-the hole isn't closed so numerous times I've spilt my drinks -super frustrating. Waiting for a new lid design.
