The tumbler feels great in the hand and has remarkable ice retention. Unfortunately, the lid is hard to remove, requiring the use of finger nails. Please add a tab to your lids!

I bought this because I already have the 16 oz tumbler that I love but don't have a lid. Since the lid sold a la carte on the site says it fits both 16 and 22 oz I thought this would be a great addition and I'm the lid could do double duty. Well, it doesn't fit. So I am disappointed about that but the tumbler is still good. It would also be nice if the lid had a way to close the drinking hole. It will keep the contents from gushing out but will easily empty if it falls over for too long.

I love this cup. Its large, but not awkward in the hand. Sometimes these large cups are so big around they don't fit in cup holders or in your hand...but this one does! The only complaint I have is the lid. It was very hard to see on line, but it does NOT close. This lid is not spill proof and there is NO top you can get to make is spill proof. So buyer be ware!!

It keeps my beverage cold. But, unfortunately, the drink has a metallic taste. Never experienced this with my other hydroflask.

I use this tumbler a lot regardless, but the fact that it has no closable lid is just a terrible design.

I love hydro flasks but I seriously think you should add more darker colors like dark purple for instance and I love lilac but it was sold out so ughh!! but other than that its good just please add dark purple.

I like it but it spills a lot. when full and driving it will spill as you hit bumps and etc. If it had a non-spill lid, it would be awesome.

I purchased two tumblers two weeks ago and have had them for a week. One rattles (bearings loose?) and the lids leak on the other. I've tried switching out the lids thinking that it was that the lids fit only with the individual cups, but no, that is not the case. On the whole, the cups keep my drinks hotter and colder than my Yeti, but my Yeti doesn't rattle or leak.

This is great for coffee and cold beverages! It keeps my coffee warm for a good 6 hours if needed. However the lid is awful! (hence 3 stars) Especially the morning drive to work, make sure not to hit any bumps as the liquid WILL SPILL out and go all over! It is a battle everyday. If the lid had a locking mechanism it would be perfect! I have learned to not fill the tumbler all the way so I miss about 3-4 ounces of whatever I am drinking.

I love my hydroflask cups! They're the best travel containers I've ever bought. I was so excited to get this tumbler in the mail but was disappointed when I got it and realized there's no way to close the little hole in the lid. The lid is very secure so it doesn't spill from anywhere else, but you definitely can't put it in your backpack side pouch or really anywhere except a cup holder or your hand because it will spill. As a college student I wouldn't recommend this if you have to travel to class with it or do any walking with it. I gave it a try and wish I didn't so that I could return it and get the actual coffee one.

I want to start by saying I have 8 different hydroflask products. I was excited when the tumblers came out on the website. I love that they came out with a 22 oz. so that I can fill it with my favorite craft beer. But they cup sweats badly when it's filled with cold beer and I feel it doesn't keep it cold as long as it should. It's a great size but I feel that possibly the vacuum seal and walls of the cup are too thin. It's feels thinner then all of there other cups. Still a good cup but beware it will sweat on you and will not keep your beer cold for long. Hydroflask please fix this for future cups.

Love the cup but they need to make closable kids for these so coffee stays hot.

Only keeps a hot drink hot for about two hours. I have other mugs that will do that.

I do not understand the Hydroflask construction. The interior should be stainless steel and it seems to be a low quality stainless steel as it stains and is difficult to clean even with a brush. The exterior is powder coated and there is a high quality rim of stainless steel and then inside welded to this outer rim is a lower almost rough stainless steel. Went back to using my ceramic coffee mug for morning walks with the dog. If you are just using for water you will not have this issue.

I bought 2 tumblers and washed in dishwasher and now they do not keep my cold beverages cold or my hot coffee hot. I would not recommend because it looks like they are not dishwasher safe.

I received one of these as a gift; however, I can't use it in my backpack because there is not available screw-on lid. Hydro Flask needs to make a lid that can be secured more tightly.

I bought this about a month ago. The 22 Oz tumbler is a great size however the lid and straw never stay down regardless of what I have in there. I seal it and then when I go to drink the lid has popped off. I also emailed regarding another charge on my card 3 weeks later to which I never got a reply back. So needless to say loved the color and style of the cup but it's out in the box to be donated.

they didn't give the option to ask a question/ recommendation so imma just put this here. Why isn't it 24 oz?? The venti size for starbucks?? Only reason I won't buy because it's the only reason I was interested in buying the product in the first place. Ridiculous.

I have 2 different size Hydroflasks, I also bought one for my husband and one for each of my three grandkids. So obviously I love this product but I don't love this Tumblr only because it needs a different kind of lid.I know the lid needs to be very tight but it is really hard to get off having said that my real complaint is that they need to design a lid that covers the opening.When the Tumblr is full and you put it in your car every time you hit a little bump , if the tumbler is full , the contents pops up out of the top and spills all over and also the liquid doesn't retain the heat as well because of the opening not having a cover. That's all I got!

I love the size of the cup. I love the quality of the cup. I like that the insulated top is BPA free. I can't get the lid off without wedging my fingernails between the lid and the cup and hoping the drink doesn't spill all over the place. Help? Any suggestions?

There is no sliding or flip top way to close the drinking opening so liquids tend to spill when moving. The top does not have an overlap or tab so it is very difficult to get off.

I bought this for my boyfriend but didn't realize the lid didn't close and that there wasn't a replacement lid that could be bought for it to do so. While the tumbler itself looks nice, it doesn't seal or maintain temperature as well. It also is difficult to transport while hiking,going to classes, etc...

I bought this tumbler last week to carry filtered ice water from home to my office. It fits great in my hand. It keeps my water at the right temperature, however this is the second time I have spilled most of the contents from the parking lot to the office. It stays in the cup holder, but if you don't have a hand free to hold only the cup,spillage occurs. Please create some sort of lock feature on this lid. This cup is way too expensive for this kind of lid. I expected more from Hydro Flask

I bought this a few weeks ago to bring to work. The top does not make it convenient for travel and I've spilled coffee on almost every ride into work. There's no closing ability to the opening. If there was a closing then my review would be completely different.

I was given this product as a gift. While I love the tumbler I agree with other reviewers that the lid is not well designed for drinking hot liquids; it is simply too shallow. The quality of the construction is excellent, but I can't give it a higher rating or recommend for anyone who is planning to use it for hot beverages. I would recommend it for those who are only looking for a tumbler for cold drinks.
