I have a wide foot due to arthritis swelling and ordered an XW which fit perfectly. I was concerned that the shoe would be too wide in the heel, but it wasn't at all. The leather was of good quality with a slight pebbled look. Very comfortable which is unusual for me nowadays. Foot bed is well padded. Thanks.

Fit and size is perfect! So comfy!

When I wear these shoes to work, I never want to take them off when I get home. I stand and walk a good part of my day and I have not felt a shoe more comfortable, all-around, than these. All parts of my feet, top and bottom, tip to back, are happy in these shoes (even better than bare feet!)

Just received this item, and the shoes fit SO WELL right out of the box! So few pairs are actually narrow as sized - I walk right out of most flats and loafers. When I read reviews stating that these shoes run narrow, I hoped for the best. They're comfortable and don't seem to need a break-in period. The heel is nice and snug, and has a small "tongue" at the top that keeps it from rubbing. They fit perfectly over the arch/vamp, and the toe box is just right.

Very comfortable, and a very nice shoe overall. I usually wear a regular width, but I'm glad I followed the recommendations in the reviews and went with the wide width, since they fit perfectly. My only complaint with the shoe is that they are a little hard to get on, since the padded collar at the back of the shoe has a tendency to turn in when you slip your foot into them and it takes a little effort to get it turned back out. -- A loop would have been helpful.

I love these. I have long narrow feet so its difficult to find shoes. With Clarks, I can order the same size in almost any of their shows and be confident it will fit. I originally ordered this shoe in 2 colors but love them so much I bought a third color.

I usually wear an 8 but was advised to buy 81/2. it fit perfect in length and width. very comfortable and stylish.

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. I ordered a wide per other reviews. They fit great. I was looking for a multi purpose show in black. These are perfect.

These are my daily-wear shoes for work & are very comfortable. I like everything about this shoe except the padding at the heel. As the shoe has become softer with wear, that pad wants to flip down inside the shoe when I put the shoe on. The solution is to put the shoe on with a shoe horn or else stick a finger in to pull the padding up to the correct position. Pad stays in place perfectly when shoe is on. It's on the act of slipping the heel into the shoe that pushes it down.

Th the fit size was really good the with was excellent .

Fits best with thinner socks. I can wear them for hours and walk for miles in comfort. Will order another pair!

One of my feet is long enough to fit well into an 11.5 and the other a 12, so typically one is a little big. I also have a narrow foot and heel on both feet, which makes a 12 with a B width too loose. This pair of shoes is a 12 N, and it is nearly perfect. The heels slip a bit, but I can live with it. The design of the shoe is simple but not boring and easy to slip on. I love it! I like the navy a lot but I’d order a second pair if they came in deep green or bright red or a multicolor. These shoes have a comfortable insole and I look forward to wearing them to social functions and holiday gatherings because they have a classic and clean look. It was really hard finding a shoe with a low heel, (I’m tall enough without heels), and a shoe that didn’t have a white sole, which I absolutely detest! I highly recommend this brand and style. Thank you Clark’s for not letting me down.
