My foot slipped up and down when walking with both pairs.

Comfortable and easy to slip on. Have a wide floor glad they have wide widths.

These shoes are as represented in the photos and description. I'm very happy with my new Clarks. They are always a dependable brand.

These shoes fit perfectly right out of the box. I picked them up on my way out the door, put them on, and wore them through a busy day that ended after 7:00 pm. I love the look of them with slacks and jeans!

Despite my hoping this beautiful shoe would fit. my instep is too high, and I have a big problem getting my foot into the shoe despite purchasing it in wide. Love it but I must return it.

I've worn Clarks shoes for many years. They are almost always a great fit and super comfortable! I highly recommend this brand of shoes.

The size was great. However, I felt that the shoe was a bit tight. It could be due to just needing to break them in. But after they are worn for awhile, I'm sure they'll be fine. The sole is cushiony; that part was great. The tight part was the upper. They do not seem to be very flexible upon first wearing.

They fit true to size, but I have a narrow heel so it slips a bit.

I bought the 9.5 wide because that is my usual size in shoe. But this 9.5 Wide was too long. I had a small gap behind my heel. So I have exchanged for a 9 Wide and expect that to fit well. Overall, I really like the style and the shoe is well made. It looks nice. And it's comfortable.

I wear a size 12 M ladies and they fit like a glove. GREAT shoe for the price!!

These have enough support to help you stand on your feet all day but are not uncomfortably rigid. Great shoe!

Super cute shoes. I'm a true Clarks 8.5 medium width and these fit perfect. I could wear them right out of the box. I've been looking for a lower heel for every day casual work shoes now that I'm getting a little older and these fully fit the bill. They are as shiny and black as the picture - not dull at all. Happy with the purchase.

They fit nicely and look professional for work, but also look nice with jeans. So far they've been ok for days I'm on feet all day, but not as much support as some others.

I wear a Narrow width and these fit perfectly. Very comfortable!

I love these shoes! Not only are they stylish, but they actually FIT MY FOOT! Finding narrow shoes has been a challenge in the past, but now I know where to get them!

I haven't worn them yet but they fit like a true 7.5 narrow. I will need more arch support but that can be added. I tried another Clarks and the narrow was too wide. The leather looks and feels nice. I feel very fortunate to have found this shoe.

Shoes are wonderful for narrow feet since they actually stay on, and they look great.

For my foot the size was right.

It's a bit of a narrow fit, which worked well for me. I sometimes wear narrow, but the narrow was too snug. Really like how the shoe looks and it has a lot of coverage so I should be able to wear them in the rain. I ordered up a size so I can wear them with heavy wool socks, which is perfect.
