They're not the style I wanted, and, sadly, the pair I received had already been worn. The white soles were dirty.

Had to return as they were way too big. It’s more a 9.5 than a 9.

The size and fit were good, nice width for slightly wide feet, the style is so cute, almost the perfect shoe except as other reviewers have said the arch is so far back its almost entirely underneath my heal and very painful. Had to return, Im not sure whose feet are fitting such a strange arch or perhaps I had a bad pair?

These shoes haven't held up well. After six months of light wear the linings of both heels have worn through and caused a blister. I have never had a shoe wear out in that spot and never so quickly.

For the first time, Zappos shipped to me shoes which were obvious return, looking used. Very disappointed. I understand that shoes returned will be resold, but typically the quality control takes necessary steps to ensure that shoes are presentable. Can’t say much about the sneakers, I retuned them instantly.

These shoes run ridiculously large. I have worn a size 10 (41 EU) consistently, over all brands, for decades. This shoe did not fit in either a 10 (41) or a 9-9.5 (40).

I had bought aetrex allie model in size 42 Medium and they are very comfortable and fit my arthritic feet as well as possible. So I thougt I would order another style in aetrex. I love the style of carly but it did not fit at all. Too narrow. So sorry my arthritic toes could not spread out enough to be wearable. Also ordered another aetrex style that was very nice looking, but with the same result. Just need a wider width which is not available. So sorry

Had a problem with the arch support being too far back and did not support at the arch.

Aetrex told me that Carly would be a good substitute for their model called Laney, which they recently discontinued. Carly is a very different shoe in fit and in style - it looks like a tennis shoe, not a sturdy, comfortable oxford-type. Very disappointing.
