I must be the odd ball because these shoes fit beautifully. Fit my heel, arch support is where it should be and they are true to size and very comfortable. However, I just need a more supportive shoe. Hate to admit it but at my stage of life I need support before beauty. After wearing for a short time to test, I got terrible leg cramps. Sad to say but I have to send them back.

The order was for grey but I received them in black which was what I originally wanted but they were supposedly out of stock. So first I was happy about the mistake. They are really comfortable and I feel I have the support I need on my arch to relieve my pain from plantar fasciitis. I agree with another review that the arch supports sits a little more towards the back of shoe and arch. However it seems to be working for me so far. Very happy that I took a chance on this brand that I haven’t really heard of.

The shows are very cute and easy to slip on. However, I'm returning because the arch support is too far back towards the inner heel rather than arch and I found that uncomfortable. I have moderately high arches. They may work fine for someone with very high arches.

These were fantastic and so comfortable, but small. The heel also slipped. I tried a size larger and they fit, but the heel still slipped so they went back.

These shoes are very well made however they are not soft at all, there is no cushioning beyond support cushioning. NOT SOFT, I need soft, I need to always put gel inserts into my shoes because I work on my feet and my heels kill me. I had hoped that these shoes would solve the issue, nope. These are not soft, if that's what you need these are not the shoes for you.

I’m an overpronator with collapsing arches looking for a lighter weight walking shoe with some built in stability, roomy toe box, low or no drop, and either very good built in arch support or space for the massive powerstep pinnacle max inserts that I like. It’s very hard for me to find supportive shoes. Most shoes make my feet ache and result in knee pain. I was hoping to add these shoes to my short list of holy grails which include aetrex Emilia sandals (no longer made), pearl izumi em trail n2 v2 with the inserts replaced for running/hiking (no longer made), and Taos moc stars for every day wear. Some people complain about the arch support/medial post on aetrex shoes to be located too far toward the heel but that seems to work out just fine for me. In this particular shoe though the arch support doesn’t extend toward the toes far enough for me. I tried them with my massive inserts which did solve the arch problem for me although it caused a bit of heel slip. Without my inserts I didn’t have the heel slip problem that others are mentioning. The fact that my huge inserts fit into these shoes well means that they probably run a bit wide. I find the shoes that work best for me fit snuggly through the mid foot but still allow enough room in the toe box to wiggle all your toes around. These shoes have a decent toebox (not huge but definitely on the bigger side), but for the snug mid foot feel that I like I had to use my big inserts and tighten the laces to a point where they were making the tops of my feet ache. Also, I didn’t notice the ridiculously huge heal flare on these before I ordered them. The flare sticks out off the back of the shoe at least a half inch! In my experience this feature is only useful for running with a mid sole strike, otherwise it impedes the natural roll from heal to toe in your normal walking gait. The huge heal flare made just walking around in these shoes feel very unnatural. The level of cushion in these felt moderate- more cushiony than any of my other athletic shoes but not excessive cushioning. I bought my regular athletic shoe size of 9.5 (a full size larger than I wear in non athletic shoes) and they fit great. Lastly, I don’t know what the drop is on these but it felt pretty low which is good. I’d say if heal flares don’t bother you, you aren’t looking for super built in arch support, and you don’t have narrow feet go ahead and try these out they may work out for you. But if you have similar foot issues to me then keep looking elsewhere.

I bought these while dealing with a bunion that was very inflamed from running. These are meant to be great for bunions, and yes, they are nice and wide through the toe box. But they provide no support. I was hoping for a sturdy, supportive sole that would give my poor toe a break, but these are extremely flexible, more like slippers. In addition, they just look a bit frumpy in person (compared to the photo). I was hoping they'd pass as a "fashion' sneaker I could get away with at work, but...not so much.

I spend several hours on my feet working at a department store. I’ve started to develop some arthritis in my feet, so by the end of a shift, my feet were extremely sore and tired. These shoes are so light weight and supportive, that I am just about pain free after working. I’ve gotten lots of compliments from both coworkers and customers about how cute they are. I love the arch support. I’ve already ordered another pair in the teal.

I’ve ordered probably 10 different pairs of shoes in the last couple months. I walk a minimum of 10,000 steps a day and was hoping to find a cushioned pair of athletic shoes that I could wear. The challenge for me is that I have venous ulcers on ankles and need a shoe collar that does not rub. These shoes stay on without grabbing or rubbing on my ankles. Plenty of room in toe box. The knit upper feels cool - lots of breathability. There is a lot of cushioning in the heel which I really appreciate as I have osteomyelitis in my heel bone. So the short story is I have certain challenges that make finding a good shoe difficult. I am thrilled with these shoes and will be buying another pair posthaste.

I have fallen arches, plantar fasciitis and peripheral neuropathies. Finding shoes that don't cause me pain is one. of the banes of my life. These are one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. The arch support surprisingly does an incredible job and because of the wide toe box and soft upper, I get absolutely no burning from the neuropathy. I love these shoes.

Love these stretchy black on black shoes for the excellent arch support and footbed comfort. Why don't more companies give this all black option for sport shoes? Great to wear with shorts or pants in the warmer season. I find these as comfortable as my clunky Hoka's (which are great but look so big on the end of my skinny legs). I ordered an 8.5 but it was too long and will reorder an 8.

These are very comfy shoes for walking, and somewhat cute. I wear a 10 almost always, bought a 10 and they fit perfectly. No issues with fit. the arch support is good. I have high arches and a history of stress fractures so I need good arch support. these are good enough for walking around the neighborhood, but if I am going to be walking a lot I wear my Danskos. Overall, a good addition to my extensive shoe wardrobe and I am glad to have them.

Really wanted to love these shoes so I ignored the reviews about heel slipping out and unfortunately it's true. It's really a shame because the knit fabric is flexible yet sturdy and breathable, the arch support is out of this world, but the sole needs to be placed lower in order for the foot not to slip out with every step.

Shoe was stiffer and insoles firmer than is comfortable for me. Overall the contours of the insoles were a good fit, as far as shape to the foot.

Wore these during a super hot trip to Spain and Portugal. Comfortable out of the box with no break in, great arch support for my high arches and wash up beautifully in the washer! Definitely my go-to for traveling. Wore walking many miles a day with no foot pain.

I usually wear a 10.5 and the 41 feels a touch tight, toes to the end. Returning. My feet are narrow, narrow heel, touch wider in front (bunions). The shoe is cute, a bit different than an athletic but not quite as comfortable or supportive. I wouldn't wear without socks, inside feels rubbery in the heel for some reason, sticky. That's just me! The light blue is a nice soft neutral blue thanks to the touch of grey, softer than in the photo. Always so grateful for Zappos for allowing me to test shoes. Hard to fit!

I bought these because they are allegedly good for people with plantar fascitis. If I didn’t have plantar fascitis, these would be awesome. I am happy with how they look and they would be very comfortable except they do nothing for my foot pain caused by plantar fascitis:(
