I have been wearing these clogs for well over 20 years. I had read some of the reviews saying the sizing has changed. Not believing the reviews, I ordered my usual size and yes, the sizing has changed. Normally I can wear light cotton socks with size 40. These clogs were tight with thin nylon stockings. The inside of the sole has better padding now. It was hard to send them back because I love this clog so much. My shoe size is a constant 8 1/2. This clog is a 9-9 1/2 (40). I am afraid a 10 (41) will be too big.

This pair is disappointing just like the other Sanita's I've purchased recently. The upper is too tight! I've been wearing Sanita clogs for decades, but for the past five years or so every pair of Sanita's I've tried has been too tight/narrow across the toe box. I even ordered a 37 instead of my usual 36 this time, but the larger size had the exact same issue. The soles are great--the arch support is better than any other clog I've worn, but the narrower uppers makes these shoes unwearable. Really disappointing! I keep hoping Sanita has addressed this quality issue, which I see mentioned in many other reviews, but nothing has changed. I'm going to give up on Sanitas, sadly, after wearing these clogs for almost thirty years (since they were marketed under the Dansko name).

I love these clogs! Sanita is better for a narrower foot (Dansko is quite a bit wider). The footbed is slightly more cushioned which makes them even more fabulous. The photos on the item listing make the clogs look very used and scuffed - they didn’t come that way, which is nice. The color is a beautiful burgundy even after a light coat of silicone spray. I typically wear clogs during the summer but I think these will be a year round purchase. NOTE: The sizing has changed from the traditional EU sizing. I usually wear a 38 (7.5-8). After reading the new sizing measurements I ordered a 39 and they are perfect!

I love the blue and the style. I ordered my usual size 9.5 / size 40 but it was too small. I am waiting for the size 10 to arrive.

These fit perfectly, I am on my feet all day and the comfort level is great. No sore feet.

Soon as I opened the the Zappos box, i put this shoes on. They were made perfect for my feet. They are very comfortable for my old and tired feet. This is my first Sanita Pro Oiled Nubuk pair. I would highly recommend it. Can't wait o get another color.

I love my new Sanita clogs. I ordered my normal European size 39 but had to return and exchange for a 40. I love the color and that they are water resistant.

I have worn Dansko clogs in the past and expected these to fit similarly. However, I found that I needed one European size higher than I did for Danskos. Not a complaint - just a comment. The Sanitas seem to be just as well made as the Danskos, and I like the bit of cushion in the insole. I love the Blueberry color.

I decided to treat myself to new clogs when my last pair of Danskos started falling apart (I'm hard on shoes!). I ordered these a size larger than usual based on reviews - I've been a 38 for years; the pair I ordered are a 39. I don't know what to say other than I am in love. These were incredibly comfortable right out of the box - I immediately took them for a five mile walk and didn't want to take them off when I got home. They're more cushioned than I expected - in a good way. I gave them five stars for style, too, because I love clogs so much - if you're into clompy shoes as well, I think you'll be happy.

Comfortable with socks, gorgeous Burgundy oiled leather with black edge. Oiled brown also fab. Love em.

Out of the box perfect, haven't stopped wearing them for over a week, love love love. I was worried about all the folks who said the sizes weren't the same as I haven't worn for years. I followed the advice to wear 1/2 size up and it was just as perfect as remembered. I got them to be my slip shoe for the colder months when sandals are out. I need lots of support and love birkenstock's in the summer. Unless i'm out walking the dog or hiking and wearing sneakers or out on the town in nice boots, these fit the bill perfectly. Love the blue nubuck, as I'm mostly in jeans. I have big feet which are great for getting around (i don't know how the rest of you do it, ha ha) so i the subdued color works well :)

Pure comfort right out of the box! I am a 6.5 in all shoes. The 6.5/7(38) are a perfect fit for me. I do have a slightly narrow foot, although I usually wear medium width shoes. I got the Bordeaux color and it is a rich wine red. I can’t wait to wear them!

I love the style as well as how comfortable they are to wear.

The Sanita brand seems to fit me better than a similar brand.

Classic clogs. Size 39 fit perfectly (it can often be either too big or too short). Comfy right out of the box. These were a great purchase.

Love these. Very comfortable from the first time I wore them. I am usually a nine but ordered a size up and the fit was perfect.

I love the color and fit ( my regular shoe size). Very comfortable when I first put them on. Love the arch support. They seem like they will work perfectly for someone on their feet all day!!

I haven't worn Sanita's Professionals in quite a few years, and given the comments about how they're much smaller now and should be ordered a size up, I fully expected to have to return these for a larger size. I'm not sure why I stuck with my old size of a 38, but I did and it's perfect. And the deep red/maroon color is absolutely beautiful! I want to refer to what another customer said about the images--photos--of these on Zappos website. It was surprising to see pictures of such scuffed and worn shoes. They even looked damaged on one frame. But I assumed a pair like that would not arrive--as this other customer had attested to--and they didn't. They are new, in great shape . . . and as always--thank you Zappos for being so easy to shop with!

I love Sanita clogs. The fit is always perfect, as well as the comfort. And the color is fabulous. Very happy with my choice.

Wow! My feet are so happy, these are just what I needed! Sooooooo happy---- WAY better than Dansko for my feet! I think my Birks made the PF worse but I am already feeling so much better in these shoes. These are slightly narrower than Dansko and that is super for me. These do not look or feel heavy or clunky like I thought they might. I could not be happier with these--- so surprised and thrilled! My first color choice was not available in my size but I am really diggin' the Olive color. Thanks, Zappos for the amazing service, always! :)

Sanita clogs are slightly different in the sizing than Dansko clogs (which I have been wearing for years. I keep returning the Sanitas and re-ordering them one size up... maybe the third time will be the charm. Apologies to the Returns Department.
