Solid color out of the box, try them on and the leather immediately creases creating a lighter color on the crease and adds great worn character to the boot.
The white bottom at the heel has a bulge out that hurts the style in my opinion but it's a real comfortable boot probably because of that feature and the comfort tech insert.
Also nice padding around the back of the ankle

My major concern when buying shoes online is fit--particularly because I have wide feet. They fit comfortably! The leather is soft, so they are easy to break in. My purchase was recent, so I can't provide evidence to its durability, yet.
Otherwise, I am happy with the product and the brown goes well with practically anything I wear.

Really love this boot, extremely light weight and comfortable! Goes very well for business casual. I ordered the brown version, only down side in that shoe color is more prone to show creasing and on this pair it showed very early.

Enjoyed these boots for 2 years. They are great fitting, look good, and were a reasonable price. Now after only two years, they have scratches from normal wear. Unfortunately, the leather used is very thin and cheap. No amount of polish will fill in these light scratches because the material underneath will not accept polish. I assume it is plastic. This will be my last pair of Florsheim. The quality has to be in the leather. I'd rather pay more for durable real leather rather than a thin covering.

good looking shoes. The uppers aren't as soft as I had hoped for, so they will take some getting used too and need some breaking in.

I have worn Florsheim shoes since the 60’s and am disappointed to find they are now made in China. For a period of time they were made in Brazil and the leather was great, but now they feel like rubber or plastic leather-like material. The size is very narrow just like all the brands that are made in Asian countries. I have returned so many pairs because they are too narrow for my feet. I realize that other people have no problem with size issue. The style of the boot is great looking. I am going to keep these instead of returning them, Zappos is probably getting tired of dealing with me, I will try thinner socks and stretching the boots to see if that works. Stay tuned!

Well I have a very high instep and very wide foot. So this just did not work. I had order a 3eee but I got a 12 w, so not sure if it was a 1e and not the triple e that had needed. The shoe is a nice looking one just could not put my foot into it.

One shoe came delivered outside of plastic bag, same shoe had shoelace removed from the shoe. Apparently someone returned this pair of shoes. There was also a scratch on this shoe.

The Flair is beautiful but it's narrow. The back of the shoes feels hard and hurt my back foot. The tip of the shoe tongue digs into the skin. It needs break-in period to loosen the shoes.
