Very comfortable and stylish. This boot is true to size and the color was exactly what I ordered. This boot can be worn as business casual in the office or on the weekends with your favorite jeans.

These chukkas are perfect. I purchased the black Flairs to wear on an overseas trip where I risked only taking one pair of shoes. They felt great all day traveling (walking through airports and sitting 8 hours each way on a plane). They looked great with dress pants and sport coats for casual business meetings and also with chinos and dark jeans outside of those meetings. The weather was chilly and rainy and the shoes kept my feet dry and also cleaned up nicely. They have good traction and are not squeaky. My feet never hurt a single time and actually felt great each day! They are very well made and versatile. I highly recommend them.

Some of the best and most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I did not have to break them in. I got greedy that I, also, purchased the brown one. In addition, I had a chance to order the Xtra width (W). I am on my feet all day and these shoes fit my need.

I love Florsheim dress shoes, so I figured it was safe to get some dressy-casual in the same brand. They are comfortable and I expect that will become even more true over time as they break in. Initially, the leather is stiff around the ankle, but I'm not concerned about that. I love the color of the leather. I got the "Brown Pull Up Leather" color.

Bought these for my husband for work as he's in a radar room and on his feet all day. I love the shoes... they're beautifully crafted and the leather is like butter. Unfortunately for my eyes' satisfaction, they have to go back. You see, my husband doesn't really have feet - he has paddles. While I ordered 3W and I could visibly see that they were WIDE, they somehow could not keep his paddles from spilling over the sides. I wish they would have worked.. heck I may get them in my size!
Bottom line.. if you have normal width, or even a bit wide, these shoes are lovely to look at and very lightweight (he said they were nice on the soles of the feet). Thanks to Zappos' awesome customer service, we'll keep looking for wider canoes.

This is a very nice, classy looking, and very comfortable shoe. The white sole gives such flare to the shoe, and gives it a smooth feeling with no slipping in the wet conditions. The shoe strings are nice and hearty, as well. They go great with jeans. I use a 10.5 in shoes, ordered this size, and they fit prefect. I give this shoe an A+.

Light, comfortable, and easy to wear. I need extra arch support, so I replaced the insoles, but otherwise, they are perfect. I wear wides and these fit well out of the box. After trying on several different pairs, this one really works for me, so I bought a spare pair.

This new Flair is awesome. Just arrived and it is my go to shoe/boot for the winter season. I like the added body and lining in the boot which makes it much warmer then my dress Chukka Boots. Love the white sole and have tricked it out with some yellow laces. Super comfortable with little break-in required. Arch is a tad tight for easy entry but once it is on, the comfort is great. I have already received several compliments wearing them with my leather jackets and jeans.

This boot has a very comfy feel and pairs really well with nice jeans or khaki pants. You feel like you are wearing a tennis shoe. The shoe does seem to run a little big but not oversized. The boot creases quickly but in the way you'd expect a boot to look. Overall great shoe and great value.

The insole adds the overall comfort of the shoe. It has a flexible and cushioned sole that allows me to wear them all day on concrete with a lot of walking. Looks great with slacks or jeans.

Don't get me wrong, this chukka looks and feels good, but it would be even better with a memory foam-type sole and more cushioning in the shoe.
Got it from AMZN for like $85.
