They are very pretty but I had to send back the first pair and order 1/2 size larger. They seem to be cut small especially if you have a high arch. These are now the correct length. Hopefully they will loosen up over time because with a high arch I really needed to loosen the laces! I have a narrow foot and the medium width fits my foot snug so these are cut narrow as well.

Shoes will not stay tied. Need a different type of fabric for the laces. Did not know the upper portion of the shoes would be stretch material.

I had never tried this brand so read the reviews carefully regarding size. I generally run between 7 1/2 and 8 so I ordered the 8. I was surprised that my toe hit the end of the shoe. Had it been a good fit I would have kept them. I liked the style, although a bit clunky looking. I believe they would have been comfortable had they fit. They did sort of seem to set my body weight back towards my heels.

I have several pairs of these tennis shoes and love them, but this style doesn’t seem as comfortable and doesn’t have as much cushion as I am use to. so sadly, I am returning them and will try another style.

Fit is good and comfortable. Good support. The upper is somewhat too soft so the edges of the harder part of the shoe and the laces feel a bit uncomfortable.

Amazing shoe, good support, sole very supportive for plantar problems, only drawback is the heel has been changes to be tight on heel causing heel discomfort and inflamation. please go back to regular heel or recommend another shoe with this support and wider heel.

I was hesitant to say these have "moderate arch support", as I was very disappointed in that aspect of the shoe and feel it was less than moderate. I love the look of this sneaker, but I need more arch support. Unfortunately, I had to return them

Super cushy but not for flat arches. Due to my flat feet, I need a lot of arch support or my toes go numb. I tried inserting arch support insoles, but that made them too snug and uncomfortable. I so wanted to love these. For those who do not suffer from numbing toes, they could work!

I love the comfort and cushioning but, sadly, the wide is not wide enough for my feet. The shoe felt narrow midfoot through the toe box; this "wide" can't compare to wide in Brooks or New Balance for my feet, and I will return this pair.

Very comfortable to run in, after I adjusted the lacing system. The is the first time I've encountered laces that are too short. I *always* have to "double-bow" my shoes to keep from having laces flopping around. I have a narrow heel, so I need to use the "extra" lacing hole to snug the heel. When I did that, I could barely tie the shoes. Barely. Also, Asics decided to have two side-by-side slits in which to put the laces where you normally would have one hole or eyelet. It makes the laces hard to loosen to put the shoe on and takes up more lace. I took the laces completely out, skipped the lacing holes nearest the toe, and used only one of the "slits" for each lace hole. This gave me enough lace length to tie the shoes. Why this annoying change in the lacing system/length was implemented, I'll never understand.

After wearing Asics for 40 plus years, I am having soooo much trouble with the latest ASICS GT 2000 & ASICS Kayano Gel fitting! I ran in them for many years & now am in my 80’s & walk. They are much shorter, with shallow toe box and very narrow! I have a narrow foot too! I would appreciate feedback from Zappo or ASICS!! Very frustrated after retuning many pairs! Thank you for your service & return policy!
