I am a flight attendant and stand on my feet for long hours. This shoe fit perfect immediately and did not require any break in period. It was true to size and was average width. It is very comfortable. It looks classic and dressy without a high heel. The structure in the shoe offers great support.

I have a lot of issues with my feet, so buying shoes is never easy, but I already had a pair from this maker. They fit well and I know that they will be comfortable for hours.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable for all day work with them. I wear 8 W, and have bunions. I haven't had any problem with these shoes

These fit perfectly and we’re very comfortable right out of the box, however they must be returned. The strap is way too long and very short strip of Velcro makes it impossible to get a secure attractive fit. Why, why why do shoe manufacturers insist on Velcro closing on adult shoes?

You can't buy a better shoe than a Cobb hill Shoe ! It's like putting your feet in a security blanket....Soft with every step. A little cumbersome to loosen the strap but could be my older hands. Otherwise AWESOME !

I had to return the size 9 and exchange for an 8.5, which fit well. I have worn 9's for years, so going to an 8 1/2 was unusual. The shoes have a very nice look and feel. I would give 5 stars for the pair I got in exchange.

This shoe's strap is too big and not adjustable. It has velcro to get it on and off, but the strap itself cannot be adjusted.

Great shoe! I was looking for something fashionable and comfortable for my long 12 hour days. I go through shoes quite fast due to the constant walking and wearing, so only time will tell. I ordered my usual size of 8.5 wide, but exchanged them for an 8 wide after they seem to run a little bigger. They have some squish to them and give me just a little heel to look good. The toe box is roomy enough to not hurt my toes and I LOVE that. I would buy these again even though they cost a little more than I’m comfortable with spending.

This looked super comfy and cute. I work in a very conservative environment so was hoping they would work but for a 6.5 they were super long the width was good but I walked right out of them. Maybe order a whole size smaller....

I'm a 9-9.5 in all my shoes. However, for this shoe I had to exchange for 8.5. Many people mentioned the straps being long. Yes, it's long and can't be tightened. I've worn this shoe for a month and I don't have issue with the straps being loose. Shoe fits great with ample toe room. I can walk all day in them.

Love this shoe. I have, unfortunately, hallux rigidus and thus my one foot is very finicky. This shoe is great for comfort and fit. Since it doesn't come in narrow, I sized down and am happy with the fit (I have very narrow feet). Often I have to try 11's, 10's, but this one in a 10 fut wonderful (narrower would be good but it will do). The strap is a bit too long for my narrow ankles but I can live with it. Thank you, Zappos.

These shoes are so comfortable. I wear them all the time to work and they are the best. Dresses, slacks they go with it all. I wish they cam in other colors, I would buy more.

I wear these every day to work. They match everything and look professional, a little snazzier than flats. They are the only heels that never hurt my feet! They don’t look like a comfort shoe, they look classic and classy.

As a flight attendant, I was looking for a shoe that would be a concourse shoe and inflight shoe. I was tired of carrying 2 pairs of work shoes. These shoes are very pretty and very comfortable at the same time. I am very happy with my purchase.

The first one I ordered was a little big but I really like the shoes so I ordered a half size down. They are great I Love them! Very comfortable to wear all day at work. In all fairness I go between sizes so I ordered the larger of the two.

This was a perfect shoe right out of the box! Very comfortable and true to size.I wish you had more colors. Heel was low but still felt dressy..

They were comfortable to wear all day and night for a fun family wedding. I highly recommend these shoes.
