Cute boot but much too narrow even though I ordered a half size larger than normal.

Cute pair of boots, fit well but the heel slips when walking. These don't have removable insoles so tried thicker socks, a heel pad - didn't work. Sorry to return.

My daughter bought same boots a few years ago, she loves them so much and I wanted to get them too. But even though its the same name, same size, the quality and the material is not the same. I don't like them. Not so comfortable as those my daughter purchased.

I did not not think these boots felt cushy or soft like described or I would have kept them. Style is very cute.

I like the boot a lot....going to order it in black but the taupe color I ordered is more gray than any taupe I've seen and therefore I am retrning them.

The zipper zipped right off the first time trying these shoes on. does not seem good quality???

Did not feel like good leather.

I wanted to love these but they will not be waterproof with the zipper going as low as it does.

Unfortunately, the boot sizing was off for me. It felt much smaller than expected. In addition, the leather looks inexpensive and is very stiff. It was a return for me.

Color is off and they were too big.

Definitely order a size larger than your normal size. I have a narrow foot and the boots felt very tight across the top.

Fit perfectly. The best fitting boot I have tried in years. I have been looking for the right boots for at least 3 years. I loved these boots except there was a line down the entire front of both these boots that would not go away. I know they are suede but the nap would not change. Defective. Which is too bad because they first so well. But I'm not paying $179 for boots that are not perfect. Disappointed because they fit so well. I retured these once then did not quickly reorder because I was going to be out of town and didn't want them on my stoop until I got back home. So when I reordered them sent me the same exact pair. I reviewed the pictures on the website and dont see the line down the front..

Bought these because they are waterproof and comfortable. BUT, after wearing them for a just a few months, and not that frequently, my feet got wet in a storm. My shoemaker showed me how the soles are splitting open along the edges, letting in water. He said it would cost $175 to repair them. If you need waterproof boots, don't buy these! I will post an update about how Sofft Customer Service responds (Zappos can't help).

Zipper broke after wearing only a few times

These boots felt very stiff through the foot area. Foot bed had very little cushioning and were not comfortable when walking.

Wow, not what I was expecting at all after reading the reviews! I'm ALWAYS a size 10 and these hurt my toes! Too small, too narrow, even stiff in the heal bed. And zero arch support. Was really hoping these would be a great boot, what a disappointment!
