I normally wear a 7.5 and have wide calves. Foot wise they were a bit tight but wearable. Love that I can just loosen the laces and make the top wider. I can actually wear jeans tucked in to the boot. The leather is a bit stiff. Hopefully that will soften with time. Overall very happy with these boots and consider it a good investment.

I am hoping the leather will stretch out across the toes. I've worn them around the house and 4 times to work, and they still really pinch my toes. The Softt Leanna was a better fit across my toes and had better arch support, but the hardware in the back would have shred every pair of tights as soon as I crossed my legs. This is also dressier, but it definitely pinches my toes. My feet are fairly narrow but squarer at the ends. I do like how it's so adjustable around the ankle. I am trying to find a replacement for some leather mid-calf Merrell boots I loved so much that I bought two pairs so when one wore out I knew I would have a replacement. Of course, they stopped making those.

Love these boots. The left boot was too small. Right boot perfect. Easy return, thanks Zappos. Also ordered 1/2 size larger so I will keep those but slightly large.

these boots are cute. I will try in another color. The taupe is really more gray though

These boots are cute and soft, but my feet swim in them. I wear a 10.5, which Zappos doesn't carry, so I ordered an 11. Even with my thickest socks, they're too wide. I'll try the 10, but I'm afraid they'll be too short and still too wide.

Beautiful, stylish low heel boots but a tiny bit tight for me so unfortunately must return them.

I had to order a half size larger

Very cute and comfy but a bit too small. I normally wear a 7.5 or an 8M depending on the boot. Even with thin socks don't work and sold out of the 8M.

I really liked the way these looked, but a tad too tight and the zipper felt cheap for such an expensive boot

I love the look of these boots but for someone with borderline wide feet the medium width on these is definitely on the narrow side. I can often wear a medium if the cut is generous but these are not, no room for anything but a very thin sock. Wish they came in a wide width, unfortunately I’ll have to return them.

This was a really nice looking boot, but the mid-calf height was not flattering on me (I'm short) and the 6.5 felt a bit too small and the 7 fell a bit too large. Both ended up going back.

I wanted a relatively flat boot, but with arch support. Most of the time I wear running shoes for support, and these offer enough support I could wear them with no pain. Parts of the toe looked too scuffed up, as if they were made to look broken in, but it was overdone. I’d suggest 1/2 to one size larger than you usually wear.

They were pretty, but tight even without my inserts, so I cannot keep them. I rather them be suede than shiny :(

The style is so cute, but even wearing thin socks, these size 8's compressed my toes and were smaller overall than a pair of Sofft boots I own in the same size. I then tried size 8.5 but my feet swam in them, even with the addition of orthotics and thicker socks. Sadly, I appear to be size 8.25 in these boots! Since I spent a lot of time walking around in them in my house, I soon grew to realize that although they had decent arch support, they were so hard/flat across the ball of the foot that it would have hurt to walk in them much. So even had I been able to get the proper size, they would not have worked for me.

Cutest and very comfy boots!

Very cute, but runs narrow and a bit small. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7, ordered a 7, and it barely fit. Leather upper is quite stiff, so if you're looking for a true slouchy boot, they'll need a lot of breaking in.

These were nice looking, but although the shoe itself fit wide enough for my bunioned feet, my orthotic was too wide for it. They are not narrow, but sadly too narrow for me with my orthotic.

Fit is rummy in the toe box. Leather is a bit scruffy looking to have that worn look. Personally the tie up the back didn’t do much for me. I am returning them because there is very little arch support. The insole is not removable so it’s not as comfortable to add an Orthopaetic. The heal height is very comfortable, easy boot to walk in all day. This is a well made boot.

The boot felt strong and well made, good leather and construction, very stable. In the end I did not keep it because the style was too eye catching for me - I am 76 after all! I had not realized from the picture that the bows are quite conspicuous.

The secret to loving these boots? As others have said, they are tight when you get them. BUT, they do break in and stretch nicely and are comfortable after that. An odd thing though, I have the brown leather and the gray suede; they have different footbeds. The leather is much tighter across the top of the toes out of the box. The suede was great across the toes, but the footbed has some padded bumps in it that weren’t in the other pair and require some breaking in.

Really cute boots and with the comfort Sofft is known for. These boots do run large though. I'm a size 7 but I definitely need to drop down to a 6.5, maybe even 6, for these. Also, Sofft apparently runs on the narrower side in general. I have a pair of their dressy ankle boots that are a bit snug but I always assumed that was due to the high heels and almond shaped toe. Not a big deal as I wear them with thin dress socks. But since I need to be able to wear warm socks, simply exchanging for a smaller size won't work because the of the narrow width. That said, as long as your feet aren't wide, I would still definitely recommend these boots but suggest ordering down a size.

Loved these boots but the 8.5 was tight and narrow and my heel slipped in the 9. Wish they had fit better!
