This is a beautiful boot and it's comfortable. Unfortunately, the "distressing" on the toe and heal of the boot just make the black suede look worn out. Maybe it looks better on other colors but the old boots I'm replacing looked better than these. I am returning.

I have narrow feet and small calves. These boots come laced tight in the calf, but the laces can be adjusted. The right boot was OK in length, but tight in width. The left boot (my left foot is a bit smaller than my right foot) was short in length and tight in width. Too bad because these ill fitting boots are really nice looking. Will be returning.

I can't tell, because instead of boots, this company sent me a pair of men's house shoes. I will never buy anything from Zappos again!!!
