The strap snapped off with the third wearing. I contacted Crocs and they sent me some replacement snaps for the straps. Never had this problem before and is a new design flaw.

After wearing a couple of pairs of Chinese knock offs for quite some time, I finally bit the bullet and bought a pair of the real things. I thought maybe there was something special about the real Crocs. I have to say that so far, I find nothing special about them, other than the strap won't stay in place and they cost more than 3 times the others. There must've been a law suit, cause I can't find the cheap ones anywhere.

I adore Crocs. They have really worked for me with a bad back and leg problems. The problem now, is that there is no consistency in their production. I have ordered the same style, same size and color 3 times. Every pair fits differently. One is a bit too small and two are a full size too big. And I have this exact size and style in 6 colors in my closet right now. Different styles have always fit differently, but once you found your size in each style, you were set. Now, you have to try and try and hope, eventually, you'll get a pair that is made accurately. I'm still willing to try, because this product line works so well for me.

The woman's 6 is really equivalent to a 7 in any other shoe. Too small, it's a bummer, now we need to go to local store to find them since we're on tight deadline for camp.

These are a great color, very light. The problem for me was that they are so wide! Many reviews said they seems like a good fit. For me they were a size too long and at least two sizes too wide. So, maybe you want to order two pairs at a time, one in what you think might fit and then another smaller size.

Really good comfortable shoe overall. Great for summer or work. The sizing can be a little tricky though. I usually wear a 9 or 9 1/2 us mens normal width shoe. The 9's were too big so I returned for an 8 instead. Length wise, they are perfect. The main issue I have is with the width. They still feel a little too wide and my foot flops around inside the shoe when I walk. I wish they would of included an adjustment strap for a more snugger fit.

On the unisex sizes the Crocs are too big. I need just to purchase the woman's line. Also, one of the nubs on the bottom of the shoe was broken. Disappointed in Crocs. Not in Zappos, who always has great service.

Love the free shipping and ease of Zappos, but these shoes are just too big. I take a 7 (woman's size) and these are big enough for my husbands size 9 feet.

These are not as comfortable as the cheapie knock-off ones. I wear a size 7 1\/2 and the size seven fits perfectly.

Ok, Crocs are ugly, and there is no denying that. However, I got a pair for backpacking, and they are perfect for that. They are lightweight and super comfortable after a long day in hiking boots.

I bought them to do outside, in the dirt chores, but your feet get way too dirty and wet going thru the grass. They do clean easy and are more comfortable than Birkis if you don’t mind dirty feet.

I am not sure what has happened to Crocs, however they have gone down hill. My first pair, 7 years old and still use as painting shoes fit me perfectly. The second pair I bought last year shrunk, so I gave them away, and now this pair feels way too wide, and are the correct length. That's it for me.

Crocs Cayman - Adequate for its purpose i.e., shoes to wear to and from the ballpark prior to putting on cleats. Nothing special, just another "fad" shoe.

Croc Purchase - Shoes arrived extremely quickly. My feet are 4E's and I ordered the crocs in a wide D, thinking they would fit. Basically they do fit, but are a little tight on the sides. Often make feet sweat, too.

Not Sure - I wear a 10.5, and since they come in whole sizes, I ordered an 11. I read that they are supposed to fit loose, but these were too small. I sent them back and ordered a 12. These seem to fall off my feet.

When I ordered the crocs the description stated medium width but when my grandaughter tried them on Christmas day they were huge. I looked at the bag & it stated (roomy fit). She has several other pairs of crocs size 11 and they fit perfect.

These shoes fit pretty well but they made my arches hurt. Don't know why.

I wear a size 10 in sneakers and sometimes a size 9.5 in street shoes. The size ten was huge, both length and width. My feet are too skinny for this shoe.

i thought these were cute in purple and ordered a size 7 (women), even though I usually wear a 6-1/2. My toes were pressed against the front of the shoe when I put them on so they are not going to work. Additionally, I would not want to wear these barefoot as the nubs that are spread across the bottom of the inside sole would rub my feet raw. I didn’t even think they would be comfortable (because of the nubs) wearing socks. Definitely a no-go for me.

I have had many Crocs over the years but something has changed with their manufacturing or quality. These felt flat and had no cushion, just like the ones I was trying to replace for around the house. I also tried the Crocs Freesail clog in this order. There was just something wrong with both of them, not at all comfortable. I had seen other reviews to this effect also. Crocs aren’t stylish but they’ve always been comfy....Back they go. Thank goodness for Zappos return policy!

Bought these for my 94 year old mother and she said they were way too big and unattractive. They look well made and I think another color (I bought beige) would look more attractive.

Finally decided to try them. Very disappointing and wonder what all the comfort talk is about as they didn't have half the support of my Vionic bedroom slippers! I might as well have been wearing rubber gloves on my feet. Thank heaven and Zappos I didn't have to keep them.

I keep trying to replace an old pair of Crocs what were wonderful water shoes. These new ones are about 1/2 size smaller than my old pair, both are 'size 12'; and the new ones have many little molded-in bumps on the inside of the sole, I guess for traction, or so your Crocs don't fall off, but they defeat the purpose of water shoes - they are very uncomfortable without socks, which you don't wear for water shoes. I'm going to give up on Crocs, and wear my old pair until they fall apart. No, don't recommend.

I suppose they were true to size, but crocs must have realigned their sizes since last year. My son had been wearing men's 8 (even though he wears a 9 or 10 in most other shoes) and they were getting small, so I got him the next size, men's 9. The nines were the same size as his 8's were! So obviously too small for a new pair.

Huge! Could not even keep them on my foot. Ordered a size 7, which is what I normally wear, understanding they might be a little large according to additional reviews, but I would have had to put on a couple of pair of thick socks just to keep the on my foot.
