I am a size 7 or 7.5 and these were very small on me. Ordering a size up. The color is cuter in person.

These are very comfortable and supportive shoes. They are great to wear around the house if you have plantar fasciitis. However, the manufacturing is very uneven. Some of the colors smell like the plastic is not cured properly. They offgas and stink up the place. Other colors are just fine. The black smells so I had to return it (though I have black from 7 years ago that don't smell) and the gray (strom) and kids navy blue do not smell.

I tried the Freesail clog in a 6 and 7 - the 7 was roomy, right size, the 6 better for barefoot security. I then tried these Classics in a 7 - and I am actually shocked by how wide they are. They must really be for very wide feet, or orthopedic needs. With the strap up, I could barely walk, they were so clown-like. However, with the strap down, the 7 pressed my toes into the front of the shoe - even though these are the correct size, I definitely could not go bigger! It seems like a design flaw in that. I am sticking with the Freesails, which fit nicely.

I ordered in the ocean/citrus color combo, and was surprised by the colors in person compared to my screen. The strap is yellow (I thought it was more greenish) and the blue part is darker blue than I expected. Sort of a Swedish flag effect I wasn't going for. These Crocs are not as squishy and soft as the same model I bought about six years ago. The shoe is less cushiony and flexible. They also lack traction and I can't wear them when walking on wet pavement without slipping. They do provide a solid base for people who have foot, knee, or back problems and have trouble balancing when they walk, but they're not as kind to sore feet as my old ones.

I usually wear a 7½-8 so against the guidance I bought an 8 and my toes touched. I decided to keep them and am happy enough. They are fine for gardening and quick runs around the yard but am nervous with the tight fit that they would not be good beyond that.

I was disappointed by my Crocs, have owned and loved a pair of the same model for about five years. I bought these in Ocean/Citrus, and firstly, the colors were not what I was expecting. The blue is much darker, and the strap is neon yellow. The most disappointing thing, though, was that the quality seems to have gone down. These aren't the same soft, springy shoes that I'd loved. The material is harder and less flexible and forgiving. They also seem a tad smaller and narrower. Overall, they're not the comfort miracle they were for people with foot or ankle injuries (like me -- Crocs were the only shoe I could fit over my swollen ankle and foot at one point) or people who have to stand up all day.

I don't understand why shoe brands always mess with a good thing. This is my 3rd paid of Crocs Caymans. This pair is made of harder plastic than the others. Not the comfortable after work shoe I have known and loved in the past. Boo.

This order arrived when expected, super fast. Unfortunately the size felt larger, I can't even walk; usually I order size 5, but in this case I recommend you to order one size smaller.

Attractive looking, sturdy, favorite at-home shoes.
The only problem is that the treads/traction on the soles wear out quickly. After 2-3 years, one slips on a wet kitchen floor or concrete patio. This is not safe! The uppers, however, are in good shape. One could order a new pair every 2-3 years. But this time I am trying Crocs Duet Sports. Hope that their soles last longer.

I wear a size 17 shoe. Ordered size 17 Croc. They were too big. Ordered size 16. Also too big. Finally settled in on a size 15, which is 2 sizes smaller than normal.

These shoes are great for working outside. The only complaint I have is there are no half or narrow sizes so the shoe isn't really all that comfortable. The recommendation is to go up a size if you wear a half size. The larger size feels too big and the smaller size feels too small. The shoe feels really wide and unsteady.

Ugly? Yes. Comfortable? Yes! My husband has very high arches and these shoes are a welcome relief when he gets home from work and out of his "dress" shoes.

Just because these shoes did not work for me does not change the fact that Zappos is the easiest and most customer friendly company that I have ever dealt with, on or off line. Zappos has set the bar very high in customer service. Free shipping, both ways, no hassle returns, fantastic selection of shoes. I could go on and on. The sizing for Crocs is not going to work for some people. 9 is too big, 8 is too small. Too bad, this type of shoe would have been great for yard work.

Bottom line: there is no true to size. I've lived in Crocs from spring through the first snow fall since the year they came out - or I did. I still love them, but 3 things have me trying other options. 1) Crocs has never even attempted to keep its sizes consistent model to model, year to year - and here's my favorite - color to color. I bought the blazing chartreuse, the pale pink, and the tan in one order last year. The pinks are a bit small, the tans are the baggiest and the screaming yellow-green ones are perfect. 2) a variable that seems specific to color is density. Some colors are just softer than others - I like the firmer ones. 3) last but not least - I burn through Croc soles in less than a year if I don't rotate colors. The area under the ball of the foot gets so worn down that if I don't notice a thorny rose trimming on the ground, it will make its presence known! Perhaps endurance is too much to ask for the price - I just liked it better at the lower price. But the wild card sizing is so annoying, and quality control so bad (I still have a pair where the strap will not stay in mule position & rubs the front of my ankle) that I dread ordering them now. This isn't Zappos' fault, and I'm sure any long-time wearer has just made their peace with it - but I'm on a fixed income. I buy them for comfort that can't be matched, & pay the price in frustration, returns, and volume.

Classic - Not for work. I bought the Classic in raspberry, was hoping that I'd be able to wear it at work (at hospital) where I'm on my feet a lot and seen other people wore them there, so thought it might work for me, but sadly...no. Not enough cushion and support that soon after my shift start, I started to feel the impact n fatigue from lack of proper support from ache and sole cushion. Needless to say, the rest of my shift with Crocs was more along the line of wanting to go home and not wear them again for long period of time. For a short walk here and there leisurely is okay. But I won't recommend this Crocs for work where one has to be on feet a lot of the time. One of the heel strap when not using and supposed to stay on the back of your foot...well, the left strap doesn't want to do that, keeps slipping of all the time, so have to adjust and put it back up where it should stay which lead me to believe they aren't well and equally made.

Cool color.
Terrible feet in the toebox...super wide. Toes felt like they were swimming around.

This is the most amazing store on the entire web. Zappos goes way beyond anyone else's limits to be helpful and accommodating. Their VIP service is absolutely in its own class. Sometimes I put an order in later in the afternoon and the delivery is early the next day. I love shopping with them and would never buy my shoes anywhere else. They are very understanding about returns and make it completely easy for the customer. Thank you Zappos.

I think if I were a man, I would have rated this shoe higher. I am a woman who is a 12 medium. The size 10 men's size, was 1 inch too wide! Therefore, I would recommend this shoe only for men or women who have very wide feet. I ordered a woman's Croc and it fits better. I don't believe in unisex shoes, but I gave it a shot. My feet typically like Stuart Weitzman shoes, so if you have a very feminine foot, I don't think the men's Crocs are for you.

This was my 5th pair of Crocs, same style same size. And, they were too small. I compared them to my last pair and indeed about 1/2 size smaller--such a pain!

I have bought Crocs before and these run much wider than my earlier purchases. I would say they are too wide for the normal foot.

I ordered these for my grandsons. They love Crocs! One week after receiving them one of the straps broke... this has happened before, but when my daughter tries to remove the other side of the strap it is very secure. I'm not sure if it is a case of poor workmanship or active boys!

Crocs newbie here, I'm sure they take some getting used to. I found my foot swimming in this style and did not like the bumpy insoles - probably there for better grip in wet environments, but not something I needed.

I bought these because I have an old pair of Crocs "Beach" clogs that I really like, and this time wanted black. These have lots more texture on the insole, which I don't find as comfortable. I'm not crazy about these, but they'll do for taking out the trash!

You were my first online purchase. I was originally happy because it was so easy, and I didn't have to drive to a half hour each way to get the product. They arrived promptly, but sadly they were harder and smaller than other Crocs I had purchased at stores. I don't know if this is because maybe it was a different model. I like them, but will still have to get another pair that will be more like the ones I previously purchased. I wear them around town, but will still need a pair for work that are softer as I walk on a very hard floor. Sadly, remember this was my first online purchase that was not from a gift certificate, I later learned that the site had been invaded, violated, hacked or whatever the word is, and I needed to change my password. Probably not a big deal. So you did great, but I still need to go to the store and try on the shoes before I purchase them. I was happy with the service, the shoes were okay, actually the shoes were disappointing. Once I figure out if it was the wrong model I ordered I would use your service again, because it was great not to have drive 30 minutes each way.

Shoe is now a harder material. Not cushy like the original Crocs. Also foot bed has huge nubs that hurt the soles of my foot. 2 pair, navy and black are being sent back.
