Purchased and 24 hours later I received an email it was out of stock. Went to purchase another smaller one in Perennials Gray and it said my coupon code was already used. Seems like Vera Bradley needs to figure out how to keep up with the demand and keep customers happy. Will not purchase from the website again.

The product is great. I paid for personalization , but it arrived without it. Called x2. No refund arranged as of yet. I am a long time Vera Bradley customer

The backpack is nice looking but has a major design flaw. There is no padding in the bottom of the laptop pocket so if your child drops it on the ground it will damage the laptop. Our daughter broke the corner of her laptop (and it doesn't work anymore) after dropping this backpack down in our car within 10 days of purchasing this.

Was too big for under seat on aircraft so returned. The return was handle efficiently.

Love this backpack, but not in this pattern.

Backpack was stained

What is alarm to start this purchase without receiving it? What's the capital of 28 call customer service advice and that they were not able to find my order? Was able to provide proof of purchase? Yet i still have to hear that there is not a order when i provides proof, It's a beautiful backpack which I could just have Received it to be able to use it, thank you.!

I will be returning this ASAP because it DOES NOT fit a 15" laptop as advertised. I am so disappointed that I have to return this because I measured my laptop and read the measurements in the item description and was sure it would fit! My laptop is 15" (as seen in picture) and the opening is not wide enough or long enough for it. I tried all three zip pockets and none of them are big enough. I guess I will have to find a new brand because the Campus XL is the biggest backpack Vera Bradley makes. What a shame, because the fabric and print are lovely. Beware!

The colors are not like the internet pictures . I have many Vera Bradley products going back 20 years and this is my first return. The colors are very dull.

Fabric material is not user friendly.. .. especially if you have pets. Hair, fabric fibers stick to it like a magnet. I don't recommend.

it collects SO much hair

Front zip broke after a few months of using it for school. Was not worth the cost and should rather have got something cheaper if it only lasted that long. No warranty either.

i absolutely loved this backpack. it was perfect bc i love the color, it's durable, and has so many pockets. however it completely ruined my clothes. all my shorts and pants, no matter the material, pilled so bad on the parts where the backpack sits on my shorts. this has never happened to me with any other backpack. it's disappointing bc i love it but can no longer use it as it's pilled all my bottoms, including some expensive activewear

Do not purchase. I have two bags from Vera Bradley and the handles of the bags are cheaply made. The prints are very nice but the handles do not make the bags worthy to purchase. In less than a month, I noticed the handles were soft. You have been warned lol.

I own several VB products but I was highly Disappointed in this purchased.

This is one UGLY bag. I don't know why I thought it was the regular quilted bags, but it is NOT. And it is a plastic-y, type of very cheap-looking bag. If you're looking for a vera bag, this is NOT it. It is costly, and looks like something so not worth the $$. Avoid.

I bought the Harry Potter version to this bag & I barely use it just to occasionally take certain things with me. The bag is never full & I've had the bag for 4 months & it's already got wear & tear to it as if I was in school carrying big books daily which is surprising because all of my other Vera Bradley bags have lasted as if I've never used them.

I bought this as a college backpack. But it is say to small.

Too big

I purchased this backpack on 11/30/2019 and received it about a week later. I use it for a normal school backpack and do not put a lot of heavy textbooks in it. This is my THIRD iconic backpack that has ripped in the computer compartment. I am extremely dissatisfied with this since everything else I have from here is good quality. These backpacks are very cute however they do not last more than 10 days of use so I would NOT recommended this.

Loved the bag when I first got it, but soon had zipper problems with the zipper staying closed (it would unzip and separate) then after that, a few weeks later, the zipper failed completely not even zipping at all. I carried an iPad so it wasn't heavily loaded. Very disappointed!

big price for quality

With 2 teenage girls, I have been buying Vera's Iconic XL Campus Backpacks for 4 years now! The quality was superb but this last purchase didn't even last 3 months before showing signs of wear! So incredibly disappointing and when I asked the sales clerk if they changed anything, her response was, Not to my knowledge but we have received several complaints with regards to quality. Thinking it is time to find a new brand especially with the price tag along with buying the matching lunch box and other accessories. Such a disappointment.
