Love the color and all the little organizational pocketswhat I don't love it the weight. I planned to have this be my personal carry on when I fly, but I'm not sure because it is heavy even when it is empty. I found weight to be an issue with the weekender bag as well.

Love this backpack, there are so many pockets and the material is so cute. My biggest complaint is that the straps do not hold up well. I spent a lot of money on this bag, yet this backpack has fallen apart faster than any other backpack I've had. So sad but it looks like I won't get much more out of this bag with how the strap is holding up. Have had for 1.5 years

I don't feel the quality is the same as the traditional Vera Bradley backpack. The material is very thin and it gets dirty quickly. Honestly I would have returned it but I got it monogrammed. The monogram is gorgeous and the various pockets are great for functionality. I hope it holds up.

A major concern about the backpack is the zipper fabric keeps fraying and sometimes falling off. I like the pattern in the backpack but just a little upset about the fraying it shouldn't be happening on a backpack that is this expensive

Need to make a little larger

I like this bag a lot. I bought it specifically for my computer to travel with and it matches my duffle bag. However the 15 inch lap top is a very tight fit. Closing the zipper is very tight at the top of the backpack. One more inch and I would say it fits a 15 inch laptop.

The size of this backpack and all of the compartments are great! Unfortunately, the fabric choice is poor. I bought the black color and it attracts lint very badly. I own the small quilted backpack from Vera and this does not happen. I wish I had spent more and gotten the large quilted backpack instead.

I wish it felt like it was made of quality material like other Vera Bradley products.

This material collects alot of pet hair

I love the space in this backpack and the size of the pockets, it is super convenient. My only complaint is the material, it picks up so much lint, hair, etc. throughout the day no matter where you set it (or don't set it). I really wish I would have gotten a different material but the backpack was expensive to begin with so ordering another is not an option, carrying a lint roller it is. Overall love the size and capacity of this bag.

I think we were expecting a really gray backpack. Then when we received it, it was super bright with colors. Not at all what we wanted or expected. But the backpack itself is incredible. Very roomy and nice.

For the price of the backpack it is very spacious and can hold lots. It is a very durable backpack but my only complaint is for the amount of the backpack the material of the backpack does not match. It collects so much lint throughout the day and gets dirty very quick. It is hard to get the lint off and which is why I rate the backpack a 3/5.

Overpriced

I love almost everything about this backpack, but after 4 months of daily commuting, one of my straps is deteriorating from the inside. Of course, it's the one I grab to put it on, but that shouldn't make a difference. The inner material of the straps feels like a cheap foam material. Compared to other laptop backpacks the straps are poor quality. . I really do love everything else about this bag, especially the large stretchy water bottle pockets, but for the price, I expect my straps to last longer than 4 months. :(

I think this is a cute backpack, but a little big and bulky for me. The fabric is good, I just prefer the original cotton much better. The color is fun, and I love all of the storage it has.

I was initially very excited when I bought this backpack for college at the beginning of the school year. However, after 3 months one of the straps started fraying, and now I can't use it because I am afraid of the strap breaking. I am very disappointed, because I liked everything else about the backpack and my mom and sister both have Vera Bradley backpacks that have held up.

I got this backpack and absolutely loved it! But, it started to tear at the bottom. I am in college and I carry all my heavy books, the only thing in my backpack are a few folders, pencil case and laptop. It should not have ripped.

This is a great backpack for the room ad pockets. However, after one week, my zipper broke. Vera Bradley happily replaced no problem. A year later - zipper has broke again. It is nylon so not sturdy, they probably need to put metal zippers. I loved it but will not buy another one due to the zipper issues. When asking customer service about it - they said well it has been after 60 days and actually not very helpful since had over a year.

I love this bag but.. First let me say this is the only backpack that takes into account that women have, well, breasts! The straps are comfortable and seem to be made for a women's body. Love the padded laptop pocket! However, both of my bags have had the zipper for the laptop section break, TWO! When I took it to the tailor (need a certain kind of sewing machine I was told) would cost about $50 to fix! Fifty dollars is a about 1/3 of the total price. When I called my local store the salesperson hinted that this happens after a couple of years??!! So now I am faced with 1) forking over $50 bring total amount of the back to almost $200, buying a new one and see what happens 2 year in or looking for another, cheaper backpack that I expect not to last long. My other Vera bags ( and I have more than few) have held up for years and years!

Something about the construction of the straps... The curve that connects the straps... it's different than the Campus. It really hurt my back. I commute to University and walk long distances on campus. Room-wise, I did fine with the Campus, after all. And it forces me to only carry what I absolutely need.

Sent back, didn't like the color

I really liked the backpack style and size. However giving it two stars because it attracts a lot of debris and I have to constantly lint roll the bag. Also, one of the zippers fell apart within two weeks of using the bag. Really disappointed in quality.

The color is darker than pictured on the website. I was disappointed there's no key ring attachment inside to keep your keys secured and easy access.
