The shoes I received today had obviously been previously worn--showed wear on the soles and the toes were already scuffed. Very disappointing.

The point of the shoe seems off. Makes the shoe look too long on my feet and is narrower than naturalizer brand normally is on me so I will be returning.

I wanted to keep this shoe so badly! Loved the details, but alas, the left heel slipped on my narrow foot! So sad to return it!

I love these flats. I like the height of the heel; for me, they are comfortable and easy to walk in. Good quality leather that has some give. I bought my first pair in a store - the wine colored which I love as I am tired of beige and black. I like them so much that I bought a second pair, the Creme Brulee. Probably will buy another. These have fit me better than most others. The longer I have them the more comfortable they become.

These are cute and comfy enough for someone who prefers a wider toe box. I returned because the inside side gaps open when I walk, which would be totally fine for work, but I am looking for a more professional put-together look for interviewing. I ordered my normal size, 7.5 (I occasionally wear an 8, but an 8 would have been too lose in this style). I found them tolerable enough in terms of comfort, and very cute, just wanted a step up in the professional-level look. I did not even order the wide width although I prefer a wider toe box, just normal width. I ordered several different pairs and styles, and I am trying a heeled pump from Trotters instead, Kari style, in a wide width, just smaller than my normal size.

Love this shoe, I am limited to flats for now. These shoes are stylish, I love the gold/red accent on the heel. They fit well. sometimes flats have the tenancy to bulge at the sides, these don't. I would love to have in different colors now that I know they good.

The red is a blue red, not orangey. I wear an 8-1/2 and they are true to size. The good trim sets them off as dressy casual. Love them.

A few months ago, I bought the Banks slingbacks in a 9 regular. They fit but felt like they could've been wider. And then I realized that maybe, as I've gotten older, my feet are just wider. So when I bought these Havana flats, I decided to try the 9 W. What a difference! The size fit perfectly and they are beautiful shoes. I was looking for a flat shoe that was dressy-looking enough to wear to the office and these absolutely fit the bill. Very happy with this purchase. Now I wish I had bought the Banks flat in a wide!

These flats are refined and pretty but have great arch support. I like the style and the fit and they add style and elegance to dress pants and would look good with skirts too. The subtle detail on the heel adds beauty to a beautiful shoe.
