Updating previous review (12/15/21). I've now worn these shoes twice to work - regular office job, no weird weather or anything like that - and at first thought it was a trick of the light. Nope: after minimal walking around, a crease near the toe on both shoes has formed AND permanently worn off part of the shoe's finish to WHITE! Photo attached... These weren't cheap shoes, but clearly they were cheaply made, and that becomes abundantly clear after wearing them only *twice.* I am so disappointed. These shoes are so comfortable and stylish, so I really thought I'd hit the jackpot. Big nope. Do not recommend.

There is absolutely nothing bad I have to say about this shoe. I have moderately wide feet so I went to the largest width size (plus that was all they had) and I am glad I did this because the shoe felt very comfortable. I think because I went up in width, the shoe was the tiniest bit loose. I resolved this by getting heel supports you stick to the back/heel of the shoe (you can get these at target). It helps with comfort and stops the shoe from slipping off. The shoe is beautiful. The little gold detail in the heel makes it so classy. The little heel clicks when you walk so you still feel like you're wearing heels and the pointed tip looks great with wide leg slacks. It is good material and long lasting. I work at a job where I have to do a lot of walking and this shoe withstood all of that.

Cute appearance but too narrow in foot bed for bunions!

It fits nicely; not walking on air, but comfortable; love the pointy toe and style overall.

The leather was stiff and rubbed. The show was a 1/2 too big and I am a true 6.5. I returned it and will look for something else.

The shoes were truly as printed in advertisement on line and felt wonderful from the first moment I tried them on - I was very pleased.

As soon as I tried these on, I went back online to see if they came in other colors. I've never worn ballet flats that ACTUALLY HAVE ARCH SUPPORT!! Love it.

Shoe was packed in a generic unmarked box - it was very obvious these shoes had been worn by someone previously, and not just once, and returned. These should have never been shipped out to another customer.

This shoe is SUPER cute, feminine and flattering! However, I had to return them because the top heel part was rubbing on my skin. I did order a wide and the toe bed felt fine (7.5) but I could not tolerate the rubbing. I LOVED this shoe and it made me sad to return them. Maybe I can find similar style in a sling-back. Note regarding color - not a true red, slightly orange/pink tinge but not bad. I really wanted this shoe to work out for me as I have always believed every woman needs a red pair of shoes.

These are a great pair of flats. They aren't too flat and they feel supportive. I have some arthritis in my big toe and little toe and these shoes have not given me any pain.

Due to injury I couldn’t wear heels of any height, and once again Zappos came to my rescue with these elegant dress flats to wear to a gala event! The pointed toe, v-cut vamp, quality materials and subtle silver outline around of the heel looked classic but modern. Initially, I was concerned that the pointed toe might be uncomfortable , but they were very comfortable out of the box, and I wore them all night without complaint, including walking about 3 blocks and dancing on the dance floor. Thank you Zappos!

I need a narrow shoe

These are gorgeous shoes! The embossed leather is beautiful, the pointed toe and metallic trim on heel cap amps up the style factor. Very nice, dressier version of black flats. Sometimes Naturalizer can look a little "old lady", but not these!

I have a narrow foot so it felt too loose on the sides and heel. I ordered 5.5

Fits much larger than 7 1/2 and wider than narrow.

I have always worn a size 9 narrow. I have other Naturalizer flats, but this pair is much larger and is much wider. I’ve never had this occur when ordering my usual size .

I have the gold colored ones in an 8.5, my usual size. The footbed is comfortable, but the back rubs against my heel almost immediately. I always wear bandaids when I wear them. They’re cute but not worth the pain after a few minutes of wearing them.

Cute shoe and felt comfortable, but it felt wider than expected and I felt like my foot was going to come out of the shoe. Returning.

The shoes felt fine for 30 minutes then started slipping on my heels and rubbed blisters on both feet at my nephew’s wedding out of town. The style is beautiful but never worn again.
