This is a great cooler for drinks and such, especially in vehicle. The latches are much easier to open then a zipper or magnet. As far as performance, on a long overnight trip, the ice from the frig was melted by the morning, but the frozen water bottles stayed mostly frozen. Temp was 48-75.

Great cooler. I use this regularly as I am on the road a lot for work. Keeps lunch cold and any groceries I may grab on my trips.

Great cooler! It is a little tough to open but that just shows that it is working.

This is the best cooler I have ever found and I own one of those Sasquatch coolers for $450. This is lightweight, well insulated and the lid is sealed so fairly leak proof. I use it mostly for keeping things cold but I also put a lot of hot burritos in it as well for surf camp. Kept them hot all day!

I've had this cooler for 5 years now, and use it everyday for work. Im a truck driver and the size is perfect for my 12 to 14 hr day. I freeze a 12 oz bottle of water, which fits tightly side to side which will hold my 20oz Gatorades and can of pop upright. Then sandwiches, chips, banana and extra snacks on the other side. I carry extra stuff with me just in case my day is longer than I think it might be. The bungee in the top of the cooler is Handy and I usually keep my work gloves and sunglasses in there. It got the ultimate test last summer, Haier refrigerator in our garage died, and it was at least 90 degrees in there and we had a party over 4th of July oh, so I loaded up my cooler with ice and beer, long story short forgot about the cooler being filled and about 3 days later, went to clean it out for work, the beer in there was still cold. The ice was probably 90% melted but it was still very cold, I was very impressed. So if you are on the fence about buying this don't hesitate just get it you won't be sorry. As far as other reviews was people having issues, things happen ,accidents happen ,and if you drop anything plastic from 3 to 5 feet off the ground on concrete chances are it's going to crack or break. Not the coolers fault

I take it on our boat. I take it on overnight trips. I use it for beverages and cold snacks so I don't have to mix with other people's food or beverages.

I bought it for kayaking & camping. It fits perfectly on my kayak, is easy to strap down & has added storage on top. With the latch seal, I had no fear that I would lose my food if the kayak tipped. I had it on an all day kayak trip & forgot it in my car. It sat in the hot car, while I was at work the next day. When I opened it, it still had ice! It's my favorite cooler!

I use it for my camper van, perfect size for putting inbetween the seats. Holds ice pretty well. Not bulky and I love the straps up top.

I use this every day. Bring it home clean it out. Next day Repeat. It's durable, classic look. Stanley stands behind their word\ guarantee. My original Stanley Classic lunch box clip came loose and went missing. Stanley has discontinued that model and gave me a free replacement with a better upgrade. Stanley has got my business. I'll recommend them to anyone.

Super cooler. Have used it over a year by now. Use it daily at work as a plumber in the construction work. And on camping trips its also on my side. Strong and sturdy built. Does excactly what you expect.

I prime the cooler in hot weather. Traveled for a week keeping the cooler in my car. It retained the ice for 72 hours. Bought another instead of Yeti. Great Value!

very impressed with cooler.... left for the weekend and forgot to pack it stayed in garage for 3 days and when I returned I was extremely impressed still ice and drinks were ice cold! Definitely buying the bigger one soon

Bought because of size. Thought at first it would be to big but it's perfect. I will never be able to have a small cooler for my lunch again. Quality is so far outstanding.

I had the old Stanley lunch box with 1.1 at on top and always carried my 24oz Stanley soup thermos. So when the handle broke I was so surprised Stanley stood behind their product but they stopped marking my lunch box so I got the adventure cooler and choose 16qt as it would now hold both my Stanley bottles. Now I read some reviews while waiting and I have had mine for 2 weeks I love it , mine has grooves so handle is not floppy when carrying , and packing for a full 9 hours at job then I go to night school this thing is awsome , before I knew about the warrenty I was using a igloo playmate and it's basically same size inside of that helps

Best cooler I ever had, I use it every day it keeps everything ice cold. I have always had Stanley becouse they are the best and this cooler does not disappointed.

Just purchased this. Wanted a one or two person cooler for a long day or weekend of surfing that would fit between the front seats of my Westy. Tested it by putting about an inch of ice in it and one beer. Still had ice at 18 hours. At 28 hours ice was gone but beer was very cold. I'm sure with more ice it would have kept longer. If you only need a cooler for 1-3 days save your money and GET THIS! You can't beat the price to quality ratio. Will probably still get one of those more insulated coolers for longer trips. Also, perfect size for holding bottles of wine and the elastic band on top is a nice touch.

I've taken my Stanley Cooler with me on a variety of trips and this cooler has never let me down. When I need cold beer ready to serve after a long surf, my Stanley cooler is waiting for me with the goods. If I have a variety of food packed and ready to go, my Stanley cooler has my order ready when I am. This cooler is durable and looks awesome. I love the bungee straps too. I've always got something useful strapped down.
