I love these shoes! With socks they fit great. I'm looking for some slippers to wear around the house without socks. Without socks they are too big. Being made of wool I worry they may stretch out over time. They are really well made. I know they would be toasty and comfy for winter. Sadly they are going back. Thank you Zappos!

First off, I’m a big birk fan. I even use their inserts for other brand shoes (life changing by the way). These slippers did not disappoint! My only regret is not getting the newest style w/shearling fluff on lip of slipper. I forgot to order them, and christmas demand took all of that style. Otherwise, so comfy, light weight & quiet on hardwood floors!

They are cozy and keep my feet warm, definitely the house shoes I am accustomed to seeing when in Germany. I was worried they would be too narrow, but the sizing is perfect. The arch is a bit far forward for my foot, but I am hoping that as I break them in that will work itself out.

I don't wear shoes in the house so I needed a comfortable supportive slipper that I could wear all day. These slippers fit the bill and I couldn't be more pleased with my "splurge"!

Perfect fit

This is the way Cinderella must have felt! Out of the box perfection. Very good arch support for a slipper-type shoe. I thought I’d miss the shearling on the top, but I didn’t. Best shoe purchase in a long time! This is my first Birkenstock purchase and I’ll definitely be looking at other styles.

I consistently wear a size 8 narrow in shoes. I do take a size 38 narrow in Birkie sandals but ordered a 39 narrow in the slipper and is a perfect fit! Especially with socks which I need in the MN winters! Keeps my toes so toasty warm but not sweaty and is so comfortable. Love the arch support and that they are so light weight. Even though I do wear socks with them I could go barefoot. Best purchase of the winter!!!

I've tried many different brands of slippers for my high arches, these are the best slippers I have found. I will be buying many more when these are worn out. Ordering my bride a pair for Christmas.

I purchased these for my wife as a gift. She loves them. They have that great Birkenstock footbed support. She wears them only inside the house. We usually remove our “outdoor” shoes upon entry. She tells me they are very comfortable. Did I mention how warm her feet feel? I’d advise any spouse to purchase these.

This shoe is a Christmas present for my husband so a full review is not possible until after the holiday, however, it is in keeping with the style of summer birken he wears and I'm sure it is going to fit well and he is going to love it hence the 5 stars.

Love these slippers! Ordered the same size that I wear in all Birkenstock sandals. They felt like maybe they run little narrow but not bad! So comfy & super cute!

Happy with purchase. Cute, comfortable and supportive. Even though the arch support was off and landed more towards the ball of my foot, I still found these slippers much more comfortable than others I've tried. If the arch support were back just a little, they would be perfection.

I must have tried on 20 pairs of slippers, desperately looking for a pair with arch support to alleviate my heel pain. I didn't want to spend this much on slippers but now that I have them, I don't regret it. They are amazing! I am a true size 9 on the wide side of medium and these fit with socks.

These slippers have the classic Birkenstock support and fit with the comfortable addition of soft fleece liner against the bottom of the foot. I'm happy these have a quiet outer sole on them for early mornings and late evenings on hard floors so that I don't wake up others with noisy footsteps. I wear them with socks and they keep my feet toasty warm. I love the texture and look of the natural materials.

I love these slippers! I ordered a size larger than my normal Birkenstock size (I do this for Boston style as well) and they fit perfectly. They are warm, fuzzy, look great with leggings and are perfect for my work at home lifestyle these days. I would add that the arch support is not as strong as the regular Birkenstock shoes (Boston, Arizona, etc) but is plenty for a slipper. I love that I have enough room to wear my warm wool socks with them if I want, or use them in bare feet as well. I love them and would buy them again.

So comfortable and supportive, and warm: they look stylish and keep a nice shape. Love them!

I wear a 7.5 B and the narrow 38 fit me perfectly. My feet breathed a sigh of relief when I put them on. I do not have a high instep though - if you have one, these may not be for you. I am supposed to wear arch support slippers to prevent plantar fasciitis and these provide excellent support and are stylish and comfortable. The last two slippers I wore were Haflinger ATs and although I loved the fit and the support, my big toe caused a hole in both after only 6-12 months. So I bought these instead and hopefully I will not have the same issue.

This is the perfect shoes for the house - the shearling is so warm and comfy. It is true to size and the narrow fits perfectly. Excellent arch support and unlike some other slippers, it is structurally sturdy and supportive. Love it!!

Most comfortable slippers I've ever owned. The arch support is great. These slippers relieve the foot pain from walking on tile in the house.

The reason I chose these slippers is the footbed support which most slippers lack. I do wish the lambs wool lining was all around the lining and not just on the footbed as the top of the inner shoe is itchy and not soft comfortable.

I gulped over spending $100 for a pair of slippers. Bottom line? Worth twice the price.

I had been an Ugg slipper loyalist for years; however, after feeling the Ugg quality was on the decline I was on a mission for a replacement slipper, and I believe I found it in the Zermatt! I wear my slippers year-round, so it was important to me that they were made of wool and real shearling (to prevent stink). I also have high arches so I greatly appreciate the footbed support in these. The only complaint I have is that the top comes higher up on my foot than I’m used to, so it rubs a little bit; however, knowing the nature of wool, I’m pretty confident that they will stretch a bit in no time.

These slippers are like a hug for your feet. I got my usual Birkenstock size and was able to wear them comfortably with thin socks
