These slippers are great...but...if you suffer from bunions, they may be too narrow. I had to return these...will try the wide version. The length was good and the arch support was very good. Zappos is the best for allowing customers to "try" shoes. I've been a Zappos customer for years. If you have bad feet as do I, it's necessary to order varying styles and sizes to find a shoe that works. Thank you Zappos!

I’m 27 and bought these to wear as house shoes and I love them! So comfortable and warm. Love the arch support when walking around the hard wood floors.

These are hands down the best slippers I've ever had. They are warm and cozy and have great arch support. I typically buy Haflingers but these are more supportive and feel like they will hold up longer. I love them!

I bought these today, and I don’t want to take them off. I got my usual size in Birks, 38. The arch hits just right. I am now wearing with light socks but think they will work fine barefoot. I can’t go barefoot around the house anymore, so I need a slipper with a good arch. These fit the bill. I have had several pairs of Haflingers, which are great except they don’t last with daily wear. I am hoping these will last several years.

Love these! I hate wearing shoes so I never wear them in the house but these slippers are so comfortable I wear them all day and they don’t bother me at all. I got them because I was freezing in the morning barefoot with hardwood floors WFH at my desk.

It is difficult to find “slipper” in a narrow width with arch support. These are what I would expect from Birkenstock. They fit great and are warm.

I absolutely LOVE these slippers! I had foot surgery a few months ago, and have been hoping to find a slipper that I could wear comfortably. These are perfect. Very cozy and soft too.

I absolutely love these shoes. I probably would never have bought them, but because of a foot surgery, I purchased them on the recommendation of my podiatrist. I will be buying another pair. They are so comfortable and warm. I get great support for my feet. Excellent.

Get these slippers!! They’re very nice and cozy, and true to birks, fit beautifully even right out of the box. They have a decent sole on them so you can definitely grab the paper with them, take out the trash, whatever.

I needed a warm house slipper with support to use in place of my Boston clogs. Fit is spot on for Birkenstock. The upper is wool and is itchy on bare feet so I always wear socks. Other reviewers note that they are very tight when first wearing, mine stretched to a comfortable feel after a few hours of wearing. Good warm shoe for around the house!

Wonderful for inside wear. Can make trips to mail box on a rainy day wo ruining it! My daughter, it turns out, has it already!!!

I am very pleased with my purchase. These slippers are very comfortable. I appreciate the arch support and that the footbed is removable. The lining keeps my feet warm (not hot/sweaty). These are my first pair of Birkenstocks, so I cannot compare to their other models. Personally, I found the fit to be perfect.

I am so pleased with these slippers! I thought the wool upper would be scratchy on the top of my foot but it is not. I usually have a hard time when wearing regular house slippers because they don’t offer any support and are too flat, the contoured footbed of these is the comfort and support you can expect from other Birkenstocks. The shearling is cozy and these slippers are light weight and quiet when moving around the house. I would def recommend to anyone that already enjoys the comfort of Birks and wants a warm cozy house pair.

They are perfect. Ive been wearing Birks for years and I am never diasappointed.

Nice wool outside and soft shearling inside. The fit is perfect with a bare foot or thin socks, but, if you plan to wear heavier socks, size up. That may be problematic in terms of altering the supportive footbed from its otherwise perfect fit.

I am a solid B width and a solid 37 in Birkenstocks. In my opinion, the Med/Narrow width in Zermatt’s is more snug than in a Bend sneaker and Boston. While, the wool felt isn’t necessarily uncomfortable, it isn’t soft like leather and is really snug on a high instep. I had originally purchased a 37, then purchased a 38 thinking the 37 was too small, but I learned Zermatt’s do need a break in period. Currently, I am comfortably wearing socks with my normal size, 37, hoping to somewhat stretch the wool felt and allow the shoes to mold to my feet. The 38s were returned.

This Birkenstock Zermatt Shearling slipper was great except: A small part of the top of the right slipper was crushed, and I couldn't smooth it out. I ordered another pair, and they are perfect.

Wanted to like them, and I did, except for the sole. I have very tender feet and I felt like that my feet were on a bare floor.

I liked these alright, but I didn't love them. The insoles felt supportive in weird places - like the back of the outside of the foot. And they also didn't feel that sturdily made. I'm trying again...

Per Birkenstock’s size guide I ordered the correct size. However they are too small. I’m keeping them because I’ve worn them, but it was a mistake. I’ll give them away and keep looking for a comfortable, properly fitting slipper.

Fit and size were good. Not super comfortable, (I wouldn't want to "live in them") but kept as a back up pair. Not a fan of the light color of the inside since it looks dirty after a while due to colored sock fuzz.

Fit was true to size, arch support too strong for my feet.
