the footbed was very uncomfortable and didn't work for the gift receiver.

So disappointed. Not quality expected of Birkenstock. Material is inferior. Left slipper was all full of hard chunks of glue. Made slippers not wearable. Seems like these should not have passed quality control or quality control just isn’t up to same high standards as used to be with this brand. Returned and will try another brand.

They were too small

The slipper itself was very uncomfortable, very hard on inside, though covered with Sherpa style material. When I’ve asked for narrows, Birkenstock never delivers a narrow! Just say you don’t carry narrows!!! Would not recommend these slippers!!!!!!

As soon as I tried these on my kids said "Dad, please don't wear those". They are so very ugly. I was hoping the style would be compensated by the comfort but was disappointed there too. Unfortunately they're just ugly and uncomfortable and I returned them.

weirdest shape and fit I have every had in a Birkenstock!

Supposed to be narrow and was not and the arch support was painful

My filter criteria for the search was that the slippers needed to have Arch support. These had zero Arch support, just a cushy pillow under my feet that will wear out in a week. I returned these asap.

Was very surprised. Usually Birkenstocks are known for the comfort this is the most uncomfortable shoe I ever tried on
