Finally, a quality sneaker that has cushioning AND arch support! These fit right out of the box, very comfortable and good looking. I wear between an 8.5W and a 9B or 9W, depending on the shoe. This is a European size 39. Plenty of width, just the right length. Good looking leather. So happy!

I think these are the cutest sneakers. They remind me of retro Keds from back in the 60s. And they make your foot looks super small. Normally in a closed shoe I have to go to a 42, but wear a 41 In sandals or clogs usually. I tried the 42 first in these and it was too big. I re-orderEd the 41 expecting it to be too small but it actually fits perfectly so I think they do run a tiny bit big. (Ultimately I would really like to wear these barefoot but to break them in I am wearing thin socks. I do not know if these would be big enough if I were wearing a really thick sock or one of those double-layer no-blister type socks. For those I might've stayed with the 42.) I have plantar fasciitis so I need extremely good arch support and these totally supply that without needing to go to any other kind of orthotic. I also have occasional edema and my feet swell and that makes getting them into shoes problematic--or if they are lace up shoes, often the laces will let me get my foot in but then I cannot lace it in a way that lets the shoe close completely over the tongue. I don't have any trouble with these; they are perfect. I first bought the black and it's a very faded black, almost indigo or navy, which I really like because it goes with everything. Because I like them so much I did go ahead and buy the gray. They look a little bit more like old lady shoes to me but I bought them primarily to wear in the house so I'm not as concerned. I may change out the laces (they come with both a lace that matches the shoe and an off-white lace that matches the heel detail) and see if they look less stuffy with the lighter laces than they do with the ones that match.

I wear a 10.5 so I ordered a 41 (10.5-11). The shoe is okay length wise, but it is a bit wide I’m the toe box on my narrow foot. I find the shoe to be really comfortable, but should share that I removed the footbed and replaced with my own custom orthotics. I bought the black and the color is really more of deep charcoal/deep slate color. Really like the shoe overall. Would love to see this shoe in red. I’d order that color, but the light gray that’s available now is just to light of a color for me.

The ankle area of this shoe was too big. I think if the laces went up a little higher it might have made a difference.

This shoe is so comfortable and stylish. I wear a 7 1/2 -8 shoe, usually order 8 for running/tennis shoes. I ordered 8 in this and felt great. Nice leather and great arch support.

Comfortable shoe but very bad smell from the tanning process on leather.

I actually felt honored to wear these shoes. I have difficulty with the shape of my feet due to arthritis, and it is difficult to find shoes that fit and feel good, much less look so good! I feel like a normal person in these shoes! The upper material is a very flexible and dreamy leather, and I will be wearing them for a long time.

This is by far the best casual sneaker by Dansko in the many years I have worn this brand. The arch support is much better than in previous shoe styles, thus I have no need to substitute an orthotic. The toe box is wide enough and deep enough to accommodate my wide feet. The leather is supple and can accommodate my bunions. All in all, a winner for my problematic feet.

Unfortunately too big. It’s frustrating that over the last few years danskos vary in sizing across styles. It’s a waste of resources to exchange and then not know if the replacement size will even fit.

These shoes are supportive and so very comfortable. They felt true to size and that includes the toe area and the heal area. Other reviewers said the shoe felt tight on their toes, and loose on their heels, but I didn't notice that at all. These shoes felt good on my feet as I walked and my feet felt good afterwards.

The left shoe feels slightly bigger/wider than the right shoe, but that cold just be my feet! They feel very comfortable and have good arch support (I have very high arches). Have not worn them out of the house yet, but they feel like they would be a shoe I could wear most of the day.

I am a 9 1/2 size in most styles with a “C” width in most shoes. These Dansko’s fit me perfectly. They are an attractive style, and don’t appear overly large. They are comfortable, however I will use a firmer insert as I suffer from metatarsal issue in one foot.

I liked these shoes so much I ordered them in the charcoal as well! I have bunions so I need a shoe with plenty of toe room. These will be perfect for vacation when I will be doing a lot of walking and want something a little dressier than a tennis shoe.

Just not the style I was hoping for. And, the back kept slipping.

I loved the look, but either I have a very high arch, or there is just no arch support. The footed felt very flat. I returned them.

I was looking for a comfortable , stylish looking, lace up sneaker for winter wear... these are perfect!!

Love the shoes. They didn't come in my usual Narrow size, but if I wear a thicker sock, they fit perfect!

It was a little hard to tell since they were SO much too big!

The quality of this shoe is very nice. however it felt a little to large . Color is grey not black and I may return for a smaller size.

Super cute & comfortable. Great walking shoes for the city when you don't want your shoes to scream "tourist."
