I ordered my usual 39. They fit in length, but the arch hit at an odd place on my foot. I don't expect to have to replace the insoles on brand new shoes at this price point. They are cute and felt supportive - but the arch was a no go for me.

Really cute shoes. They were slipping off my heel so I returned them. I'm between a 38 and 39 (8-8.5). It hard to know which size to order. I ordered a 39 and it was too big. Not sure a smaller size would have been better. The arch support was good.

I bought these for working out in the gym and they have the lateral support I wanted. As a bonus, I think they are attractive shoes. They do run a bit small so unless/until they stretch out a bit, I'll wear very thin no-show socks. If I ordered the again I'd order ½ size larger.

Seemed like a quality shoe. Length was fine but I have a wide foot so returned for a size up so hopefully the size up will do the trick. Support felt great. I have other Dansko brand footwear but all sandals expect these to be great as well.

I’m so disappointed as these are really cute shoes for travel and city walking that aren’t as big and bulky and well, dorky looking as my super comfy hokas. I have worn dansko shoes for years and have never needed the wide versions. However, this shoe was so tight across the metatarsal head/distal foot region that my toes started going numb even if I loosened the laces as much as possible. Sadly, wide is not available in my size. if you do have a foot that is maybe a little wider in the toebox, the regular width of these shoes may not be for you

These shoes are stylish and well made. The fit was spot on but there is not enough arch support for me. I am grateful for the narrow width option- I thought I could insert my insoles but there was not enough room to do so. Sadly returning them....

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the fit. I normally wear a 10 Medium. Since these had European sizing, I went a little larger and ordered the 41, which was 10.5 to 11. I could barely get my foot in and when I finally did get the shoe on, my toes were right up to the edge -- a tight, uncomfortable fit.

This shoe is narrower and less arch support than my Dansko clogs.

These sneakers were nice, but the top sides rub against my ankle bone and back of foot. I think the sides and back of these shoes are too high for my foot, so I am returning them.

The 38 fit well and I liked the look of the shoe but they were very stiff and did not feel comfortable. I have not worn Dansko and they may all be stiff but I did not like the feel of them. It did not seem they would get "broken in" so I returned them.

Returning item. It might be the style but the bands on the side of the shoe are very stiff and made it difficult to get the shoes on. It seemed like the collar where you slip foot in was small.

I have several pairs of these shoes because I like the slim style and they "were" a great fit and super comfy as a walking/exercise shoe. However, the last couple of times I've ordered them I've had to send them back because the part of the shoe under the laces digs into the top of my foot and is quite uncomfortable. I made the mistake once of thinking it would break in after wearing them awhile, but it did not so I ended up getting rid of them. Sad that these aren't my go to walking shoes any longer!

I have bought many Dansko 'sneakers" partly because I like that they don't have big soles that stick out. (I fall down easily.) These did not have the 'suede' square around the laces that I was used to which gives extra support. The toe box was large and comfortable but the shoe felt less supportive that I had expected. I have worn them for many walks and they are already showing wear. Not sure why they made these changes.

These shoes are well made. I wear a size 11 womens, and these were very hard to get my foot into and just a difficult to get my foot out of them. They feel hard, which probably means they give support to the sides of your feel, but I was looking for something with a good foot bed that was super comfortable. I’m going to send them back and continue my search. I will say, they make my size 11 foot look smaller than some athletic shoes do.

I have a narrow fit and thought that these might work, but they were a bit too small. They also feel hard to walk on. Maybe I've been in sneakers and soft soled shoes too long, but I didn't care for how they felt when I walked on them in the house.

I really wanted these to work, but they felt tight in the toe box. I don’t have a wide foot, and I ordered a size up, based on reviews. I’m afraid they’ll have to go back.

I wanted to love these--they look good, are supportive of feet and are sturdy. But though the fit is good, my heel pulls out of the back when I walk quickly. And the shoe is stiff and at times uncomfortable.

My usual sneaker, the Dansko Paisley, was out of stock so I thought I would try a different shoe in the Dansko line. The Henriette was a lighter shoe, which is fine, but it was also quite a bit smaller. I had to wedge my foot into it, much like Cinderella's stepsister. I could not walk in them, they were so snug all around. It looks like a nice, well-made shoe, but be aware that it's quite a different fit from other shoes in the Dansko brand.

These shoes look great and well made, but, unfortunately, they are stiff and not flexible - like having soles made of wood. I didn't think they had moderate arch support, either (less than moderate). I had high hopes for these shoes as I own other Dansko styles (that are not athletic shoes) and absolutely love them.

I have never had to buy a wide in my life. This rubbed across the top of my foot across base of toes. Unbearable. Returned

I was surprised how much more narrower than the Dansko Pace Mesh even though both were size 40 regular. I could tell it was smaller just looking at it. (After a year of walking I'm on my second pair of the Pace Mesh so no surprises with that model). Too bad because the Henriette looked like a good supportive shoe with some fun attitude. I do appreciate the free shipping on returns! Unless it comes out in Wide sizes, it's not for me.

I ordered the Dansko Henriette in gray and liked the look of the shoe, however, there was very little support for my arch and the shoe had a bit too much flex. I was expecting more of a rocker feel for the ball of my foot. Had to return, and ended up going with Ecco Sport Therap Lace.

Width was not good for me.

Toe box was too narrow

It’s a stiff shoe but comfortable. I did not like the “laces”. I was concerned that they would fray.
