I have worn Danskos for 10 yrs. Sometimes a particular last or level of support might need to be swapped for a different style of Danskos, but these are absolutely made for my foot. Light, supportive, sleek fit. Great pronation support, but as comfy as barefoot. I am ordering a second pair, because I can't bear to take these off, even when going out to garden. The awesome extra is that I can adjust these magical elastic laces to exactly the right snugness for every part of my foot, and then, (wait for it), not have to adjust them again because the shoes can be taken on and off without being untied. Five stars.

Dansko no longer carries the same athletic shoe I bought a number of years ago in three in different colors. I ordered Henriette being the closest to those. I like the feature of not having to tie the laces. Only downside is the back being built up a bit which cuts into my heel. These were a little tight at first but I've been able to stretch out so they are now comfortable. I'm retired and wear these shoes about 80% of the time.

I should have listened to the other commenters. I'm always an 8.5/39 in Dansko and other shoe brands, but I needed to return the 8.5-9 and purchase the 9.5-10 in these. Love the look of this style, and the fit is perfect in the larger size.

I wanted to love this shoe so much but the tongue got twisted every time i tried it on. It would have driven me nuts when wearing it. Great optics though

I bought the Dansko Henriette to wear to work. I am actively on my feet 8+ hours/day. While the fit and style are spot on, the comfort level missed the mark a little bit. Sadly my feet aren't very happy with me at the end of a work shift. But I do get a lot of compliments on them!

I don’t like that Dansko doesn’t have half sizes, and none of their whole sizes are comparable to a size 9. I tried a 40 and it was slightly long, but also to narrow.

I sized up from my usual Dansko size. The length was fine, the width was fine, but the shoe is not deep enough for a high instep. I buy lace ups to get room for my high instep. I had to let out almost the whole bungee to fit comfortably but it was obvious with any foot swelling at all it would become too tight. It is a good looking style and not big and clunky on your foot. A good shoe for walks and travel if it fits you foot. Wish it would have worked out.

I like the shoes; they are attractive and fit well. However, they are of very stiff construction and the elastic ties are stiff and difficult to adjust. Hopefully, as I wear them they will soften up a bit.

These shoes are cute, but felt very narrow. I could order them in wide, but my heel was already slipping out of them at this width.

Too short nice shoe just too short

I like these sneakers. I normally wear a size 9 but they were just too tight. I may still order the next size.

I am between an 8.5 and 9 and need arch support and a decent toe box for bunions. I am returning 8.5 as these were too snug and going to try the 9.

This shoe actually looks better on than you would think. Good arch support, maybe too much for my flat feet. It was very comfortable except for the part where the strap designs on the outside could be felt on the inside where it meets the sole. A different style in this brand would probably be better for my use.

Cute shoe, loved the roomy toe box. However it was a bit stiff for my liking. Others may love the support but I need more “give” for my gait.

I normally wear an 8 - 8.5. This felt good. Style just didn't suit me.

Wanted to keep these, they are super cute. The sizing is off. I'm a 41 and after reading other reviews order a 41 and 42. For me the issue wasn't the length, it was the width - too narrow. And they only offer a wide option in the black.

I'm a fan of Dansko, with Hayes being my favorite "go to" dance shoe~ provides great arch support. When the style was discontinued, I was desperate to find something similar. Henriette fits the bill. I read others' reviews, suggesting purchasing the next size up; I'm glad I followed their advice. I have bunions, so the fit across is snug too, but with a bit of wear, I think they will be fine.

I wish they made these in 11.5, the 11 is just a little too small.

Comfortable and Good fit. Returning because of slipping on back of shoe while using thin cotton sock.

My second pair of Dansko sneakers and this pair feels a tad shorter. Between sizes so they are OK for me, otherwise you may have to order up. Comfortable walking shoe for running errands and dog walks. Also a bit stiff but I’m sure will soften up wyeear.

For a wide size, it's not very wide. The heel is especially narrow and you can feel a ridge on the bottom inside of the heel. I can tell these would be very uncomfortable. Shopping for wise athleric shoes is not easy and impossible in a brick and mortar store, I am so grateful that Zappos makes this shopping process much easier

Great shoe, nice style and fit. However, my custom orthotics didn't work in them. Like the style, but sides were too low to accomidate my 1/2" lift on insole.

This shoe was very narrow and I have feet that are on the narrow side (until I got into my 60s, I always had to buy narrow width shoes) so I knew it would never do in the heat and humidity of middle Tennessee for the summer.
